Give this up to Abuja. Uyo has good roads but is a small town and shouldn't be placed side by side with Abuja. 5 Likes |

No city in Nigeria has better roads than Abuja. Hence, the less traffic and congestion. Although states like Lagos, Enugu &Akwa Ibom are not far behind. 5 Likes 1 Share |

OreMI22: It will surprise you that the budget of the FCT is much smaller that most states. Check your facts. The days of massive Federal direct intervention is long gone. Most of the City Centre as it is known was built over 20 years ago. Successive goverments since 1999 have added pethaps just 2 or 3 major arteries. My concern for that city will be the bill for maintenance once these massive roads and bridges built in the 80's, 90's and early 2000's are due. 1 Like |
