This is not a good news someone is waiting to hear. Pls what is the way forward from this unnecessary delay on getting our vehicles, obviously we may have to wait till December before we will lay our hands on the vehicle with the ways things are moving on PTML

. According to my acquaintance, the cars were offloaded late last Friday and hopefully, the car will be released to them tomorrow. That shows that the cars are already offloaded but can say specifically if it is still in lagos . Thanks for your patience.

Hi! I called him and he told me that they are still in the process of collecting it from the Customs. He send the amount paid to the Givernment but he was talking about a network problems or something. Thannks

This is just too much and the funny thing about it is that the vessel has remained at Anchor since March 2020. It's not even going anywhere, it's just stuck at that position for over 2 months.

I don't think I will ever buy vehicle again from Abroad, this is just out of it

The customer care replied my email with an ETA of 02 June 2020 to be honest I’m tired of they like let the vessel remain their till eternity!

But are they to be trusted? I have never seen a customer care that doesn’t add any value like them they only share what is online

This is just scandalous after almost 2months of waiting. Seriously, I just don't know what to do again about this guys. They just keep changing the date over and over again. What assurance do one have the June 2nd will not change to June 10th .
This is becoming a nightmare I beg

Amen to that, for me what annoys me is lack of any reasonable explanation from the customer care if they come out clean and tell us the reason or just admit they don’t know.
