No, my Paypal account is fully verified. I verified it using my Zenith Bank Mastercard.
I also got the UBA Africard and tried linking it to the account for direct withdrawals, but it keeps saying "declined."
That's why I had to use the services of an exchanger. That's the guy I mentioned in my last reply.
I'm thinking of getting the Zenith Bank Prepaid Card, I heard it works almost the same if not better than the UBA Africard.
I'll just try that this week and see how it goes.

I tried the Africard several times before the Zenith MasterCard. It didn't work.

I think the challenge is that there are two kinds of Africard (International or High KYC and Local or Low KYC). I said that because I remember the customer care reps arguing about which of them to give me when I was there.

In fact, one of the ladies there did warn me that this particular one will not work because it's low KYC but since about 3 others were saying that she's wrong, that the only difference between them is the amount that can be funded on the card, I went with the majority.

I'll have to go back to the bank (like the girl predicted I would ) to reapply for the other one the girl mentioned (though it may take time cos they don't have it in the bank then according to the girl) or go for Zenith Bank Prepaid Visa Card.

High or low, it doesn't matter. I've used both on PayPal and it works perfectly well even for withdrawals

The other ladies were right, the only difference in the card is the amount that can be loaded on the card.

Nothing like high or low KYC, KYC is KYC

If you sure you funded the card, activated the card at the ATM, and also the charges for the prepaid card was debited, also you have enough fund in the card for PayPal debit for code.

Then give the card sometime, it may be network

You can try use the card buy 100 naira recharge card on Quickteller, if it's successful then the card is fine. If not, the card is yet to be activated
