Thanks for checking up on us cappo. We are doing fine to the glory of God. Still have something's to get and I haven't packed my bag. Wanna get hospital pack tomorrow when I go for antenatal, then I will pack the available ones. The tiredness still dey o but I'm trying to do 30minutes walk per day sha on anyday I'm able to. Heartburn is dealing with me. I also feel vomiting and sometimes eventually do....annoying something as I thought I have bid that one bye bye since ist trimester. In all, allihamdulilah...God has been faithful. Waiting patiently for June to come. Take care mama and stay safe.

OMG...I'm like a timed bomb waiting to explode. Pains in my buttocks,anus,legs,back..I almost can't walk well. Pregnancy is indeed not for d faint hearted as anything can happen at any time..i've been very fine and strong unlike my first only for things to change suddenly with sudden bleeding (low lying placenta)and contracting. Though it has stopped but I'm still on bed rest...I'm tired and feel like running away. Haa who send me work oooo. Pls mamas pray for me to carry to term and bring forth safely... I'm team July... Wish July is next week.

Hi dear. Thanks for checking on us. Doing well except for wrist pain. Still haven’t bought a single item but I plan to buy all of them at once. Cash is not the problem just sad that hubby won’t be around during the childbirth. Haven’t even seen him since November. Everything will end in praise. I wish everyone safe delivery as we go in to June.

For my baby boy I only used my shower gel. I didn't even need it cos I glowd effortlessly from day one till the end.

But this one I became so dark and I want to use a mild toning cream.

Don't use toning cream. Even we were advised against medicated soap because it has a way of entering into the blood stream to the placenta which may causr havoc to the developing baby.

Besides, trust stuffs like toning cream or cream for rashes or pimples hardly work in pregnancy. So hold on, it will pay off at the end

I had a precious CS with my first May 11, 2018 and didnt plan for second to come same date; it just happened as that was the date given before I even ask lolz.
I was diagnosed of gestational diabetes in my first pregnancy while h was poorly managed as the hospital I used then didnt notice early until it was late hence the emergency CS as it then and after such painful cs, I was discharged with no information on care incase the GDM didnt go on it own.
Unfortunately for me, it didnt go and I didnt even think about it until I was seriously sick and lost mad weight (people kept saying its stress and coz I was breastfeeding) and almost lost my life but thank God for God.
It went from GDM to T2DM and was placed on orals trying to control sugar then I took in...gbam! The real life story began as I was placed on insulin with all the scary stories of life on what poorly managed diabetes could do to the baby. For someone with low pain threshold like me, you dknt want to know what it was like injecting oneself twice a day and constant sugar check.
I almost gave up on this pregnancy like "we sent me to get pregnant? Why me? Etc.
My greatest fear was birthing a baby with issues but I kept trusting God for a perfect baby which I would name "Erioluwa " meaning testimony in Yoruba.

I'm not sure I gave a BS from my first coz the cs and recovery pain was out of this world. Summary was the removal of my bladder and replacement (having to urinate was a nightmare), i could hear the struggle to get my baby out as the gyne kept shouting "we have just 10 mins to bring this baby out bla bla (at the end, all the gyne kept saying was God really loves me" was as though the pain drugs didnt work and I almost become depressed after giving birth... thank God for my mum that was around then. I just couldnt eat properly or think I would be good enough for my baby girl but thank God we scaled through and she's two now.

Back to now, the fear of a second cs gripped me as I was prepped and taken to the theater. I fought fear of death within and trembled from start to finish but God showed himself mightiest.
Everything went smoothly and I was taken to the ward but didnt get to see my baby. I was told he would be observed for 24hrs due to respiratory issues as he was breathing too fast but it lasted 48hrs. Got to see my baby Wednesday and was discharged same day. pain wasn't as mad as first the devil tried but failed as usual. , I didnt find it difficult to poo or urinate... got up within 24hrs, gave birth on Monday and was discharged on Wednesday.
I'm currently working on stabilizing sugar so I do t go back to insulin. That insulin life is not for me at all. And no, my parents are not diabetics.

I looked at the belly and nobody touched me o, in fact the child I would have thought touched me was actually sleeping. The kick was mighty. Then later in the evening, I felt the mighty kick again. So strong, I marvelled.

Well, we were visiting a Fertility Clinic when we were TTC and immediately we got pregnant, the doctor prescribed cyclogest. We bought and commenced use immediately but the baby was lost at about 8 weeks too. It was devastating. And two months later, we hit the jackpot again and we decided to take our chance without cyclogest. Just Folic Acid, Calcium, Ferous. And we welcomed our princess almost two years ago. We're 22 weeks gone into our second missionary journey. I believe one miscarriage is not a verdict that the next pregnancy is threatened but I also know that these drugs don't have severe side effects. You'll carry to term and share this testimony with someone else too. Good luck and no shaking.

I used duphaston for a week when I was about 16 weeks gone cause the scan said I had hematoma (bleeding placenta) which worked with prayers. I'm 31 weeks gone now and baby and I are doing great.

With my second,early scan said she’s a boy(i did it in a private scan centre)Then my hospital 16th weeks scan said girl.A repeat private scan also said girl.
I just respected myself i got unisex item.

I also have anterior placenta, but now o don't wan tire sef from the kicking. it's kicking like almost Everytime. you will see it coming out from the stomach through the stomach shape sef. so relax.

With this,I started immediately I tested positive.ain’t going to allow what happened in 1960 happen again

My concern is the side effects too. I heard the creams get absorbed into the body and affects the baby.
Was there any problem with your baby when you used?
