I knew it would come to this and they will find a way to label some of them positive after the first gaffe..I thought they said they were tested in Dubai before coming so how come they are now positive in Lagos after testing negative in Dubai
it takes some times for the virus to manifest just like HIV.

Lagos state government is really trying, they are burdened with too many cases on this deadly virus more than any other state. The returnees are our brothers and sisters.Nobody should lay any blame on them for testing positive,as we don't know what they faced there in Dubai before they agreed to be bright home. Its not easy living in a foreign land

e don dey happen!!! why bring these people here in the first place. they have better health facilities in Dubai but no, una just wan add to our problem becos d more cases we have the more money una go loot
Your comments are damn laughable and dumb{sorry for my blunt style but for want of words}.
When other nationals were leaving from Nigeria , we all blamed our govt for not repartriating Nigerians abroad. Now they are here and we still are complaining.
More so, if truly they want to loot the treasury by increasing patients figures, do you really think they need anyone's consent to do that?
Common! We all were here during elections and figures from no where fly around without our consent. And nothing, I mean nothing has been done about it.
NCDC is not independent and so govt does not need to bring back Nigerians from abroad to manufacture figures...
We need to stop this rant over the social media and be realistic for once.

How can people that was tested 2 times in Dubai now have Covid-19 in Nigeria after many days of returns?

Is it that they got the virus from the testing kits as some people predicted that the rising cases wasn't caused by community contact rather by the testing kits, now I have to feel and think in that direction

I am ashamed to see that many Nigerians are unable to think outside the box and see that this whole cases have become a big scam in Nigeria. You are definitely right that they were tested in Dubai before they could have taken that flight because they will not put their air staffs at risk of flying passengers with the virus. Nigerian government is a mess and its a pity this is happening because the largest portion of the population are senseless.
They have lost every gimmicks to be used on the massive gullible folks..

You can't board a flight if u are not tested here in dubai..

Itz obvious this is the plan of this evil government.

Very shameful!

moralistic:
you said Nigeria is a shit hole... that there is no hope of survival... the people are witches and wizards... that we don't have a good health system... poor infrastructure... and all that...

Dubai has a better health system compared to Nigeria.... and less cases of covid 19 compared to Nigeria

just small corona virus, you they run back to Nigeria to add to the number of existing cases...

is this not foolishness and wickedness on the part of these so called Returnees ?

Before you make this statement, hope you know UAE currently has about 20k+ Coronavirus cases currently?

Secondly, Dubai is just a small city and emirate in this country. Stop mistaken its popularity as a country on its own.
