I overhead My Teammate Saying I am not Supposed to Be Invited to the World Cup ~ Super Eagle Goalie Daniel Akpeyi married his very long time girl friend Ebert-Kalu Emmanuella in December 2016. Akpeyi Said, "When we got to the hotel [after the Argentina friendly], I overheard one of my teammates in the other room telling somebody on the phone 'I don't think he should be invited to the national team again; how can he concede that kind of goal’. "My own teammate! He was just outside the room next to mine and talking. This is a professional footballer who plays in Europe. But I thank God because it is by His grace that I am here." Blueelf: Your brother is not sure. That is the fact. From reports, when Ndidi joined Nath Boys (youth team), the players were older than him. He was a small boy among them. I doubt Ndukka Ugbade who coached Nath Boys then will carry a 19-20 years old man for U17. Remember, Ndidi passed some MRI. He failed due to stricter rules from FIFA. 1 Like |
