Is it posssible

Why not, but its economically a waste of resources 1 Like |

qwertyboss:how? its a goddamn weapon. |
Re: Can Iron Man's Suits Be Possible In Real Life? by Brukx(m): 8:18pm On May 15, 2020 |
Well I don't think it's realistic It will need a huge batteries to power it. It will also require fuel tanks to store fuel that will power it's rockets. The suit will have a CPU to process it's atificial intelligence. Cooling fins need to be present to ventilate the whole system to prevent overheating of all the components. All these won't be possible in that small metal suit. Even if it were possible, it won't be extremely heavy and unsafe to put on 2 Likes |

well there's already a flying suit so yh, step by step. always remember a computer use to fill a room. |

I don't think it's possible |

It should. Nothing is impossible with engineering, Research and design 3 Likes |

A couple of years from now, it should be very possible |

Hulk616, your high level thinking is needed here |
Re: Can Iron Man's Suits Be Possible In Real Life? by DriggityDre: 3:52am On May 17, 2020 |
Jokerman:Yes, I agree. If the suit was purely AI-driven, it is very possible. But this suit is to be driven by man, we have to take human limitations into consideration. Brukx:Good point. |
Re: Can Iron Man's Suits Be Possible In Real Life? by Jokerman(m): 7:35am On May 17, 2020 |
DriggityDre: Yes though... Human limitation. The heat dissipation from the suit alone will kill the man.... |
Re: Can Iron Man's Suits Be Possible In Real Life? by Nobody: 8:14am On May 17, 2020 |
It is very possible. But building the exact type is not possible. |
Re: Can Iron Man's Suits Be Possible In Real Life? by Nobody: 8:17am On May 17, 2020 |
Jokerman:you can convert that heat to another form of energy. |
Re: Can Iron Man's Suits Be Possible In Real Life? by Jokerman(m): 8:20am On May 17, 2020 |
hulk616: Lol.... Conversion of the heat... Heat is still dissipated, also radiation nko?? For instance, when the suit wants to shoot a rocket or a beam of light, the heat generated, might affect the body.... Also check for suit weight |
Re: Can Iron Man's Suits Be Possible In Real Life? by Nobody: 8:26am On May 17, 2020 |
Brukx:it doesn't need batteries, if the suit uses miniture nuclear reactor or arc reactor. It doesn't need fuel tanks , since it uses repulsor system for flight. |
Re: Can Iron Man's Suits Be Possible In Real Life? by MJBOLT: 8:28am On May 17, 2020 |
no chance in hell,in real life that suit will cost billions of dollars to make and the arc reactor is self sustaining energy, who will invent it let's not even talk about the AI system, weaponry, battery life etc and maintenance. |
Re: Can Iron Man's Suits Be Possible In Real Life? by Nobody: 8:37am On May 17, 2020 |
Jokerman:they are materials that can absorb heat internally and don't radiate it outside. And from there, it can be used to convert to other form of energy. radiation from electronics are not that harmful. But an extra protective layer can be used to protect the user. Iron man suit takes in air and breaks it down and generate the beam of light so the heat doesn't stay long in the suit. For rockets, they are always brought outside the suit first before being fired. Suit weight is not a problem, because of the existing presence of exoskeleton and complex control system |
Re: Can Iron Man's Suits Be Possible In Real Life? by Jokerman(m): 8:43am On May 17, 2020 |
hulk616: Well that why I said with engineering, research and design... Nothing is impossible. Especially with control systems in place and also alloys will help in the suit fabrication though... light weight properties as well as toughness) |

it's possible but I think it would be a drone and not a suit. it would also be bulky like the hulk buster. it would need a tonne of power though |

hulk616:do arc reactors exist in real life? |
Re: Can Iron Man's Suits Be Possible In Real Life? by Nobody: 4:42pm On May 17, 2020 |
CapedBaldy:yes, but it still in development. |
Re: Can Iron Man's Suits Be Possible In Real Life? by DriggityDre: 4:56pm On May 17, 2020 |
hulk616:Yes, but it depends. We aren't talking about appliances and normal devices. We are talking about a suit with massive power that makes use of destructive energy. Coming from a suit with that much energy at its possession, the emitting radiation would kill you in milliseconds. Unless, as you said, they create a kind of protective suit to protect the user. Iron man suit takes in air and breaks it down and generate the beam of light so the heat doesn't stay long in the suit.Do you know the kind of energy that kind of suit will have at its possession?! Normal oxygen won't do the job of cooling down a mega weapon suit like that. I'm not even sure liquid nitrogen air will. O2 can't even cool our laptop systems completely, talk less of a mega weapon with that much firepower. His only hope is to live in Uranus, where it's air is -224°C. I believe that's cold enough OR a new way is invented to dissipate that massive amount of energy without damage to the user and his surrounding environment, including people. Suit weight is not a problem, because of the existing presence of exoskeleton and complex control systemYes, but that means the suit needs to be connected to your mind tho. You can't be using voice commands to move each limb. I agree with this one. |

hulk616: I apologize for staring motherfvckerly at your post. It was pretty high level. |
Re: Can Iron Man's Suits Be Possible In Real Life? by Nobody: 5:12pm On May 17, 2020 |
DriggityDre: First, it is good that you agree with me an higher level thinker. People that works with transformers that steps up voltage to 330kV and current of over 6000A dont die in milliseconds. Again, radiations from electronics devices are not that harmful. The energy will be massive, but when fusion reactor start to exist that won't be a problem. I said later, there are materials that absorb heat internally. E.g. there is a metal that NASA uses on space shuttle that absorb heat and if you touch the outside you would feel just little amount of heat. Since the heat is internal, it can converted to another form of energy. |

DriggityDre:I told you I am an higher level thinker. Never underestimate professor hulk |
Re: Can Iron Man's Suits Be Possible In Real Life? by Nobody: 5:17pm On May 17, 2020 |
DriggityDre:yes, another you are agreeing with me, The exoskeleton is to help support the massive weight of the suit on the user. And control system is to used to make the suit stand upright and control all system seamlessly. Because building a robot that stands on two legs is very hard. |
