NOBODY will be held accountable. Not the broker and certainly not the trader. The rules and guidelines were there when opening the account. Always read through it while checking that button.

Teemy gave the correct answer. You can't hold any broker or even the trader/account manager .

First, brokers don't have account managers to trade for you. If you see one, that is a scam broker. (there's some scam broker, that will create false / fake account history for you, to fool investors... mostly scam brokers, you will find them more with BINARY trading )

So Broker is broker, stand alone.

Account managers register and offer the service to manage your account/your money, it's not brokers problem if account manager you go with blow/burn your account.

1) That's why you have to do you research to determine which account manager to put your money under. 2) That's why you are told every step of the way, to trade with money you can afford to lose.

Not your children school fees , no go sell your papa /mama property to trade , NO go borrow money to trade. It will all end in tears if you do.

It depends, you can do that in a month. But if you are just a newbie. You will blow it first as a sacrifice for your broker. But if you have a good pro who is guiding you, then you are good to go.
