Did u read what she wrote, he mother bathed her and slept on the same bed with her. Coronavirus is highly contagious, there's no way her mother could not have contracted the virus if she (the girl) actually has it.

The guy just saw the topic ,and rush down to comment " no be scam" even without reading the thread spit

This patient is crazy where did she do her test to know she was negative then? NIGERIAN are playing with fire. They think is play. I work here as Gesundheit und Krankheit Pfleger here in Deutschland (Germany). We had a patient brought in from Altenheim (old people home) to our Krankhaus (hospital) only to find out he was positive after some days. Which led to the shutdown of our station and testing of all workers and patients that have any thing to do with this ward. I was tested but I was only called on the phone that my result is negative same applied to all workers nobody saw any test result.. In fact at a point I was tod they may not call due to high number of test being carried out so if I do not receive any call its negative but positive they will definitely call. So how does she know the status of her result that it's negative when she did not see it?
. Did you hear where she said she spent 17days in isolation center, so she is very sure that she is negatives, except you one still argue this one again.

Hmm

1. The woman is most likely in denial

2. As has been seen time and again, not every contact with a covid case tests positive

3. Even if they showed her the paper work around her test she won't believe it.

4. Many cases are asymptomatic. El rufai and atiku's son are two classic examples, and there are cases that have tested positive for longer than that.

5. The reason for denying that she is positive? A) avoiding stigma b) she feels upset that she was placed in isolation.

My opinion.

I love your submission

Prudency045:

This is not my line of argument. Not just anybody is being tested. You have to develop some symptoms before you get tested.

Did she develop certain symptoms before calling NCDC officials to take her sample or her sample was taken forcefully?

Why present yourself for test for a disease you don't believe in?

Fantastic questions. Her story is not adding up. Was it at the isolation centre that her mother was sleeping with and bathing her?

It's high time government start arresting those that makes such a misleading statement...they are more dangerous than the virus itself..... I heard salvation ministry GO, David ibiyeome
Also made such a misleading statement

I have said it earlier. The man should be arrested to bring his proofs that Covid-19 is not in Nigeria. He should also name the politicians who are using coronavirus to embezzle money, and how much they have embezzled. If he cannot prove his case with verifiable facts and figures he should be jailed. Enough of all the wild talks that can endanger innocent citizens. Like you said they are as dangerous as the virus itself. Infact the taskforce should first kill this virus of public misinformation if they must succeed.

My own views is that the disease is not a scam though, but the real positive patients are lower than 1000 in the whole country not that live score board NCDC keep uploading , I've know about 10 persons that works in the hospital as doctors/nurses they all deny ever coming accross the real covid-19 patients but their hospitals still recorded some patients as covid-19 positive... Even last week my brother wanted to go and work for fmc bayelsa state but he was scared until a doctor confronted him telling him that there's nothing like covid-19 in bayelsa, he said the government are seriously searching for a covid 19 positive patient sef... He said those numbers in bayelsa are just for political lootings... I had lost my ability to taste and smell few weeks ago, I was thinking it was covid-19... I would have been added to their scam number also if I went to the hospital immediately,, now I'm doing perfectly fine by taking just vitamin c...
I'm currently having this problem now, mine started two days ago. Please what else did you take apart from vitamin C?

Nigerians are so difficult to please and we always see scams in everything, perhaps because we are the epicenter for 419 (though that position is being dragged with us by some of these asian countries)

you said...They accused people wrongly of the virus and arrest them and force them into isolation center? She obviously was asymptomatic as at the time of testing and she should thank her God her condition was not at the worse stage before being tested...maybe she would have known what's up by now. Covid-19 is real. I know of people who have narrowly survived it. I always work at the isolation centres in Lagos. I think the government needs to show the doubting Nigerians some of our isolation centres in Lagos alone, once in a while on the tv to see the way people are battling for survival.

I was there when one Mrs Dafinone who was having symptoms after she returned from the UK was tested. Hers was a narrow escape and I was happy she shared her experience on channelstv weeks later. The fed govt could make the faces of patients blurry if they like when showing nigerians on tv like they do abroad. The figure is actually much more than what is being announced. Had the testing capacity been expanded, many more would have been detected.

Many have died in their homes unannounced and many are still dying. Kano's death is another proof. Many of their notable people have died. The 70-year old abuja woman who cried out after her son inlaw died in kano due to kovid-19 is another proof. There is no more ignorance once the truth is told...you can only be ingnorant of something you do not know anything about...same way people once said HIV was a scam.

I hope Donald Trump who also doubted the existence and wildness of the virus would win his second term because his ignorance has caused america and the entire world losses of lives. Once america coughs, others shiver. Other countries also relaxed after trump under-estimated the dreaded virus and now, the world is paying for it. Our people also travel to those countries where people died in thousands daily and returned home with the virus unknowingly like aba kyari did and were busy infecting nigerians.

We should be grateful to God because the rate of spread is infinitesimally low in Nigeria and other african countries and this could be as a result of our climate which WHO is yet to accept. WHO actually predicted that by April, millions of Africans would have died of the virus, the fear which caused all the western countries to evacuate their citizens here in April...but we are still here, kicking and people are recovering in large numbers from the virus.

You are correct, but read me well.

i dont doubt the existence of the virus, but I said, they inflate the figures. Simple.

Do you guys have ventilators up to 1k, so which ventilators are serving the so called over 5k?

At least out of 5k plus, 2 or 3k should be on ventilators. but hell no.

people recover in two weeks here. is that the recovery period in US and other hard hit countries?

I want to see pictures of people in ventilators blur their faces.

want to see dead bodies going into body bags.

crazy dumb country with dumb citizens that don't question their roguish leaders which is why they play them for fools
