75% of such buildings in Lagos is owned by south-southerners. Diezani's example is still fresh. She used the lack of such building in SS to incite and gain grass root sympathizers while stealing but once the stealing was successful, she went back to Lagos, bought a water logged land, sand and stone filled it, and put a 20 story structure there to make Lagos look even more developed.

See sense.... Such buildings in Lagos is 75% owned by South south but u mentioned just one of the south south..

Obviously u r drunk...

This will attract international investors and most of the oil companies with head offices outside the state will relocate back to Akwa Ibom sharply.

Why do Nigerians and at large Africans want to be like the white man? Why must we have tall buildings before we can call ourselves developed?

If you like build 100 of these but don't have security, the oil companies will rather go to Kano and Jigawa than risk their lives for nothing.

I hope it was built on a site designated for further similar buildings.

An area that will host highrise and skyscrapers.

An area to be referred to as the City or Ibom City.

Yes at the Central Business District (CBD), have be there twice

Big deal to have a storey building in Akwa Ibom, please get rid of this mentality. We should aim and strive for something bigger.

I hope this is not built by Nigerian Engineers undecided

In less than few years it will risk collapsing if Nigerian Engineers built it.

They like using substandard materials in a bid to get gains while in the contract sad
