People sell even without Whois privacy on their domains. Its a matter of choice. If you want to save money, you can opt to buy domains @ netsol without privacy for 4.95. IDK the promo code.. you can make research to get it sha..

Fast forward to May 2020, last week. I posted some screenshots on how to withdraw . Thanks guys for all the help. So I got a mail that it has been bought for 399 dollars. Price for sale was 499 dollars.

I have sent nothing less than 20 mails per domain, but I think I guess where part of the problem is, I have not been tracking my mails so I can't say if they were read or not. I just need to be sure I am communicating with real humans

20 is pretty too small. I did 81 and got one response stating "UNSUBSCRIBED

Try and make it like 100 emails each.

Also, it may be advisable you don't put a price and request they make an offer. You are bound to get responses that way

I'm still learning to get buyers and i'm trying to register a buisness domain so i can use hunter to extract customers email addresses

If you can combine the two, use both. I've tried scraping Yellowpages and after a while the data starts to repeat. Sometimes, people put fake email addresses on their YP. Scraping YP is nice, gets the result done fast but Google maps means you go to the original site and get the email. Less email bounceback.

If there was a way to scrape that google maps. Maybe the scraper goes to the google maps page, scan for entries with websites, if yes, visit website, scan for '@' on the webpage and copy text around @ stopping at blank spaces. Scraped data will be jumbled but with time one can automate the cleaning.
