rockstarB: Their processing time is just too long, you likely will not be called for any interview. They just take time to process. |

Good evening In the spirit of giving back, as I've gotten lots of info from this thread, I decided to write this This is for peeps that want to evaluate with pebc as a pharmacist. The whole info is in part 1, but these are the errors I made that delayed me a bit, and I wish I had known, so I could avoid them 1. Waiting to pass ielts before starting pebc evaluation. I'd advise, if you've decided to join express entry, that you start both processes concurrently. It takes a long time to get transcripts, letter of good standing from pcn and other docs ready, and after receipt, pebc takes at least 8weeks to evaluate credentials. 2. For the witnessing of docs, please use a notary public. Don't bother using court clerks ( registrar) you meet in those courts. I initially used a court clerk after being reassured that he had done similar stuffs and my application was rejected. The clerk had no license number. Your witness must have a license number and it should be boldly written on all docs being sent, including his name in block, signature, stamp and license number. 3. For married ladies, if your passport name is different from that on your certificates or other docs, pls do a change of name affidavit, notarize the original copy and send the ORIGINAL, not the certified true copy 4. Should in case the name on your birth certificate is different e.g maybe it bears your official name alongside names your grandma or grandpa gave you, pls let the affidavit cover it also. In my case, my birth certificate had four names and I use only three names officially, I had to redo my change of name affidavit as such; *That I bear (name on birth certificate) *That my named changed from (name on birth certificate) to (name on former official docs) before marriage *That I got married (date I married) to (name of husband) *That my name changed from (name on former official docs) to present name after marriage *That I want to be known and addressed as (present name) etc...... 5. Don't forget to download and send your ECA report form application. You'll be charged an extra fee if you don't include it with your application (and you know every kobo is important) I had to send docs three times and it was frustrating considering courier costs. I finally settled for Nipost and contrary to opinions, it was delivered (though I wasn't able to track it). Finally got my report and dived into pool. *It will end in praise* 15 Likes 3 Shares |

Hi Fam, Is there anyone waiting on WES? It appears like WES isn't currently working with transcripts sent via courier as they are still requesting that transcript should be sent via ETX-NG. I know about 6 people who already sent their transcripts via courier and now hanging at this stage. Do I have to do the ETX-NG transcript processing as well or just wait until they acknowledge the one sent via courier? The annoying thing is that WES isn't responding to their DM and I learnt the ETX-NG is very slow. Please, anyone who has experienced this should shed light. |

intrinsicniyi: The last time I contacted them (2 months ago), they said they were yet to start anything on my application (eligibility, security, criminality). I've not contacted them since then. I don't even know my VO . I think I'll reach out to them soon to know the current status of my application. I'm grateful to God that I'm not in a situation where I have to leave the US anytime soon, so I'm just chilling. Whenever they're ready, they'll approve the application 1 Like |

I just went ahead with payment of transcript from my school and payment with etx.ng yesterday afternoon..under few hours have my direct delivery number now. But let's watch how it unfolds, I hope my school is fast with their transcript processing. I initiated that with a contact too at the same time. Although I am yet to pay for wes but I would like to see how this thing turns out. Since hard copy delivery is being rejected. babajust: 1 Like |

babajust: If your Transcript has already been sent out by your school message WES and let them know you won;t be forced to use etx-ng, cos of their bad service and already you have made a payment for school to send the transcript, else they're willing to give you money to send pay ext-ng. if they can do this they should approve your letter as soon as possible. Do this only when you receive a message from them advising you to use etx-ng |

I HAVE ONE MAJOR CONCERN FOR MY EXPRESS ENTRY PROFILE My WES Evaluation for BSc. was completed on 26th June 2019 My WES Evaluation for Diploma was completed on 21st Jan 2020 (Which comes with BSc/Diploma). For my EE Profile, will I be putting the date of completion for both BSC & Diploma and ECA number to be the latest WES Report since the Evaluation has both certificates or I need to include the previous one? Advice Please!!!!

odimbannamdi: People only rushed to ICES when WES started asking for WAEC. But now WAEC is no more requested by WES. Ices has no advantage over WES, other than that credentials can be sent via email. Hope this helps |

Someone posted payment with Wes using money order. Whereby u can register using that means to get a ref Number; but ur evaluation will not be released until payment is made. Search for it here; u should see it. I know someone who used that means and it worked. tunlapapa: 1 Like |

Hello house. Please who has evaluated the Acca diploma with WES recently? What was the equivalence? Also, accounting graduates are expected to only write one paper out of the 3 for the diploma certificate. Has anyone successfully passed Wes with this? Thanks. 1 Like 1 Share |

NEROSKY: My school has sent my transcript since early March and the tracking number shared shows that it got to WES on the 11th of March. In fact my profile changed last month that they were reviewing my documents and that gave me high hopes but on 15th of this month they updated it again with NOT ACCEPTED and this ETX-NG thing. I have sent them mails twice with no feedback. Please how did you go about yours? Have they updated your profile again? |

babajust: WES is still accepting and working on transcripts sent via courier mail. It may take longer time because they have fewer hands at the office and the travel restrictions may delay the movement of your documents to Canada. |

In view of WES insisting on the use of etx-ng for sending transcript, my friend is contemplating using IQAS for her ND, HND (accounting) evaluation. Do you think using IQAS would be better? What équivalence does IQAS give for ond/hnd ? Thanks in advance N.B She already did evaluation of her MBA (human resources specialisation) with wes but needs the ond/hnd evaluation for SINP as they require that éducation match work expérience. |

babajust: I spoke with them last week. They said that their offices are closed at the moment, and that anyone who sent a transcript to their office and has been able to track via courier should be rest assured that it has gotten to them but since they are out of their offices, it is hard for them to actually know the ones that came in. Personally I am waiting for their offices to open to continue tracking. |
