Yes it's me again, I now understand what you've been talking about. It happened on my wife's rn8 Pro and I think it was from mtn (not really sure cos she also had Airtel on the phone).
What you'll do is wait for the pop up, pull down your notification bar, tap and hold on the pop up until a drop down appears with a "settings" option and then you select "don't receive notifications from this site" or something like that. Click "OK" and you are good to go. I had to do it on several such annoying pop-ups before it finally stopped.
Therein lies your solution.

But I'm sure it's from Airtel. I use a Redmi 7A and Redmi Note 8. My main lines are on the Note 8(Airtel + MTN). I've got my company CUG (glo) and another MTN on the Redmi 7A. I don't get it on the Redmi 7a.

It's your service provider that is responsible for this not the app itself, Airtel does this too often, call CC to complain or just activate DND mode
