Going through his posts , it’s obvious that his uncivilized comments will not be condoned anywhere if the cloak of anonymity were to be removed. Some of the things he types cannot be repeated in a workplace , in a church or in a mosque where civilized people gather .

It will be particularly interesting to uncover the identities of some of these online people , what they do on day to day basis, profile them and find out why they’re the way they are . And it’s not really that hard to do so

The post by that moniker or his previous posts does not in anyway even remotely resemble constructive criticism .

Secondly if people have been insulting obasanjo/Jonathan/buhari who is/was supposed to represent them at the highest but failed in their opinion, you could argue that they may have a legitimate right to do so. The immediate case that comes to mind is the 70 year old man who returned to his village in katsina (or some other state in the north) and discovered that his kinsmen had been killed and his cattle and crops were destroyed.
Do you support his imprisonment because he cried out ? That was the least thing he could have done.

Thirdly while I’m not an Nnamdi Kanu follower, let’s analyze his message objectively. What he said about the interconnected cultures is a fact . Even if you go as far Cameroon, in the southwestern part , you’ll find tribes there with similar cultures as Akwa Ibom . Same way you go to Benin Republic and you’ll find Yoruba . I mean real Yoruba people . No thanks to British and French politicking that resulted in the division you have today

So the post by that moniker is not only stupid , but it’s inflammatory and it’s obvious (unless you want to deliberately side-step the fact ) that he deserves to be banned for his track record all over Nairaland.

By the way Igbos don’t need Biafra before they can establish a business or residence anywhere in the Niger Delta. According to the constitution of Nigeria. So your friend’s comment (as are many of his other posts ) is just simply asinine

thanks for your constructive argument . though I don't judge him base on the past but the present topic !!!! He may be wrong or not but all of us can't be on the same page on every issues .

There is South south just as there is South east, forget about cardinal points incorrectness, it was created to identify some parts of the country. It was suggested by Alex Ekwueme. There is Niger delta just as there is Biafra, you can't deny the fact. Niger delta is Ijaw agenda while Biafra is Igbo agenda you can't take out one and leave the other. If you go by South South as niger delta, there are Igbo people in some states in South south who may not want to be part of Niger delta. And if Biafra go as South East, some igbo communities in South south will be trapped and become minorities in Niger Delta which might not go down well with them. That's when they will remember the Ikwerre their sit-tight in Douglas House.If you conduct a referendum for both South south and South East regions to choose which part they want, you will not be surprise that some tribes in the SS will even vote to go with Igbos in Biafra while some will choose Ijaw Niger delta. In fact, the issue of the Old Eastern region is very complicated. The best thing is for the two regions to forge ahead without insults but concrete agreement.

Sorry, there was and still remain an area known as niger delta(oil river). Nigeria remain property of the igbos, yorubas, and hausas only, anyother groups are considered less Nigerian, so goodluck with your one Nigeria and leav niger delta alone. when your Aziks, Ironsis etc where dinning and enjoying one Nigeria, igbos never considered other nations as brothers instead they took them like 4th class Nigerians, now that thier oversabi have turned them to neversabi that s why we are seeing all these talks of ; no niger delta, no south south. my position is that there is no biafra, as biafra can only be found in present day Cameroon.
