In Germany it is like that too. There are hotbed that where really hit and some states where really low hit.. Eg in Hamburg is was not as bad as in Bavaria or Nord Rhein Westfalia.. This states really suffered. In Hamburg at least on the street people still move without mask.. But there is a Maskpflicht (mask compulsory) in Öffentlicher Verkehr(public transport), Laden (shops) und bei Friseuren(hair salons). Come to our hospital some colleagues no dey even wear mask.. Where corona dey pass hospital? Yet the mot everyone don catch am.. Pls talk what you guess are sure of..

Am not saying there's no coronavirus in Nigeria, but everything is just messed up, most of those people being quarantine are not positive am sure of that.
I could say it's as a result of false positive or the govt is doing something fishy. The reason am so sure the cases in Delta are not real is because the second case in Delta happened in my area, the man has been sick since last year b4 coronavirus only for him to died this year and they attributed his death to coronavirus. If that man had coronavirus my area would have been an hotspot area.
