JasonScoolari:Deep, man. I lost my dad last week wednesday. The emotional trauma hasn't been easy to go through with, for me. He was just 62. I really feel hurt because I wanted him to stay longer and at the least, see me get married. I fully understand what his family would be going through at the moment. It hurts deeply to speak the least of. Eternal pains and agony that may never heal. I HATE DEATH. 3 Likes |

This is what I responded to . ProfAmaben: And this was my response. What is the meaning or essense of life if the pleasure, pain and experience is only for a short time. Your own question. LordShiva97: Can you first tell me what is the meaning of Life so that I can reason if Life being ephemeral decreases it's meaning or life being permanent makes it more meaningful? Only Life we have doesn't automatically makes Life have a meaning or does it? Does a person with 2 or 10 lives have a meaningful(using your definition of meaningful) and the person with 1 dont? Religions give a plausible answer to the essense of Life, Science doesn't, infact it gives rise to its own more questions in most cases. Scientists should please, Get lost in their questions and finding answers, thier answers never is an answer without more questions. They should leave the Religionists alone abeg. 2 Likes |

LordReed:Well, I'm not sure. Maybe it's because it's arguably LDVC's best painting, and it can't be duplicated. It was painted with just an oil on a wood panel. Now that's something you don't get to see everyday. So I guess it serves as an inspiration for other painters, it "speaks" to painters in a language only them can understand. Therefore, it's a LDVC's legacy which has lived and will continue to live on for ages -- that's the value it upholds. Your point may be that he didn't do all those things because he thought of an afterlife, he did it because of his natural passion for it. He probably didn't even believe in the afterlife lol. Now my question is, would it have made any difference if he chose not to paint? I mean what value did his paintings fetch HIM in the end? He's dead right now and just dust. He doesn't even know anything about his paintings. Those who have been inspired by his paintings from his time up until our generation have died and will still die, so what difference would it all make if in the end they all won't give account of their lives? Going by this, everything then is just a cycle (suggesting that this world has no end). Then the inexistence of an afterlife should make me care pretty less how I live my life here. Technically, if I knew that something wouldn't have any ultimate effect on my being, then even if it's the only thing I get to do, it doesn't make any difference whether I choose to do it or not. You find my argument extremely flawed because you refuse to see things from a dimension that has the possibility to support the existence of an afterlife. Let me throw a general question to you: Why exactly do you value the fact that you have only one life to live? |

Lalasticlalabos: I pray you will never have "the balls" to take your life and may the devil never give you the courage to do so ! Just hold on, have faith in God and everything is going to be alright. We all have our pains somewhere but suicide is NEVER a solution. Heavens will settle that debt of 200k for you before due date and bless you beyond your imaginations bro. I have my own problems too and I pray to God to replace my sorrows with happiness and restore my glory, amen. Please ,no suicide bro ! It is well with you. 2 Likes |

The truth is in Life, "We'll have another chance after this, and another chance after that. And still more chances. So don't worry. Do the best you can. Don't become so paralyzed with fear that you can't budge. Promise yourself to do better, and get on with it." Naturally, the early church couldn't hear of such a thing. So it did two things. First, it denounced the doctrine of reincarnation as heretical. Then it created the sacrament of confession. Confession could do for the churchgoer what reincarnation promised, that's to be born again. |

averagejoee: Nothing happens against the will of God. Life, and all that is occurring, is an expression of God's will— your will—made manifest. Your will is God's will. Life is God's will, expressing perfectly. If something was happening against God'swill, it couldn't happen. By definition of Who and What God Is, it couldn't happen. Do you believe that one soul can somehow decide something for another? Do you believe that, as individuals, you can affect each other in ways in which the other does not want to be affected? Such a belief would have to be based on the idea that we are separate from each other. Do you believe that you can somehow affect life in a way in which God does not want life to be affected? Such a belief would have to be based on an idea that youare separate from God.Both ideas are false. Men invented the devil to scare people into doing what they wanted, under the threat of separation from God if they did not. Condemnation, being hurled into the everlasting. Nothing can, or ever will, separate us from God. |

The one for Russia is Glonass. The navigation satellite system is different from Earth observation satellite system such as landsat, Aster, Modis etc. |

I'm sure this guy might even be the smiling and boisterous type, people like that usually hurt the most. Most people see me as a very happy, energetic lady and all that, they don't see the pain because I have mastered the act of hiding it. Most times have thought of committing suicide but when i remember my parents and siblings and a lot of persons that believe and look up to me, I drop the suicide thought. I mean life is damn hard. Rip to him. |

Onye ji ugwo di ndu, anwugi anwu, ga akwu the debt! no one should kill himself for this sweet life oooo. Nothing wey no get solution for this world. Trusting in the Lord, one day, you will get what is troubling you, resolved. May the soul of the departed Rest in Peace. Please let no one kill himself for this wicked world over issues bothering you. if you cannot solve it at that moment, forget, ask for more time, you will get through. |
