Engineers in the house. You guys know the solution to every phone problem. your tips are all I have to apply to solve even the hardest phone issues. My brand new Tecno spark 4 air which I bought on March this year. tear rubber. from April started experiencing these problems.
1. the phone won't charge if it's on. it only charges if it's off
2. the phone's selfie flash which doubles as a charging indicator stays on when the phone is not charging. it should be off.
3. the battery gets excessively hot with normal usage.
4. it takes 5-6 hours to charge from dead battery to full.
5. if it's on and I plug it, it starts discharging the battery.

Your feedback will keep your fame growing in nairaland.
It's obvious that the board of the phone is faulty. Since you just bought the phone recently, I will advise you to take it to Tecno office to claim your warranty & get it fixed for free.

i cant now; i left my phone dead. Is it possible the charger i used was the reason? Cos this thing started when i started using infinx note 6 follow come charger. The one with ''Xcharge'' on it.

Try another charger, if it doesn't work then you need to change the charging board. Contact me on 080.38.294998 to get it fixed

Abeg make somebody help me o, I wanted to give someone my infinix note 3 and decided to wipe it first before giving it out.. Now it's stucked at 'erasing' and after a while it will say 'no command'

I can fix this for you just 2k

Hello my umidigi a5 pro got dipped in water mistakenly (the down part which has the charging port and earpiece socket). My mistake was not taking it to a phone engineer. Now when i try to charge It shows 'phone charging slowly'. Any solution please?

Good morning fam
My infinix zero 3 just started switching off itself.
i discovered it doesn't switch off when there is no sim card inserted but the moment i insert a sim card, after powering on and searching for network the moment network is found it switches off.
Pls what's the problem and solution pls.
