Don’t listen to such nonsense. What is bad is bad. If you convinced and have evidence that some financial improprieties are going on under your watch then you need to act.

Where’s your integrity? Send the nos of those involved, send the no of the MD and I will ring him/her and all those involved.

Keeping quiet and ‘minding your business’ makes you complicit in the fraud that is going on. One day, you’ll ask yourself why you didn’t act and speak up.

Are you okay? Na people like makes thus country not to work. I spit on you
koyyes:
You better mind your own business.

What they are doing is bad but let me shock you. You see those top people in their AC conditioned offices, they are all thieves and they employ mostly thieves.

They employ thieves as staff to steal for them. They plan bank robbery on their own branch(es) and split the money with the hired robbers.

If you report them, I promise you, they will find a way to implicate you with them because someone will spill and someone among the top officials will be implicated.

It's a dog eat dog situation.

Leave your boss and co to find out for themselves and stay clear of any of their activities directly or indirectly.

You said you don't want to be jobless now, maybe later when they are unable to pay your salary due to lack of funds that's when you will lose your job and bearings, as an accountant you have the responsibility of accounting for all the money coming in and out of the company, so you need to report this to your MD and let appropriate actions be taken.

If you report: you are going to put your co-workers and their family in trouble, they will lose their job and they will also go to jail if not for life.

If you choose not to report you will be harming the md and she might lose her business.

either ways you are going to hurt people.
And as such i will advice you to focus on yourself and mind your business.
so you mean they should be allowed to drain someone else because they shouldn’t go to jail, they should have thought of that before trying to reap were they didn’t sow. Report the criminals jor

Consider also policies that can curb those activities. Suggest such policies and ask you MD to implement same so that your identity can be hidden.

I don't trust guys these days as some can go extra miles to "deal" with you.

But policies can be very instrumental.

For the organization to be able to absolve all corrupt practices till date shows the business is doing well and worth dying for, if you dont expose them now as the account officer, you will be the looser at the end.

You occupy a very critical position as the accountant and your actions /inactions can make/mar the organization...

You dont have to be secretive about it, go ahead and expose them...

Ask yourself, if you are the owner of the business and someone you employed as an accountant is doing this, how will you feel?

Unless you want to join them in stealing.

A thief is capable of killing, so act with caution.

What if you present it in a form of advice or suggestion to your Boss? Not too directly but capable of blocking the channel if taken into consideration.

For your conscience and your safety.

You knowing fully well the MD will be gone for good for such act and you don't wanna be discipline enough to stand by the truth. If she's out of business, won't her family be in soup too. Please, put yourself in her shoe then maybe you will understand what minding your business might cost. After all you've warned your colleagues then what else do they want from you. Karma is a bitch so don't think by minding your business you are safe too. Being aware of their actions has already put you on Karma List if anything bad happened because you are feeding from her even though as a worker.

@OP: Please report them to the MD anonymously leaving no trace it was you.

You need to be very careful because people have gone babaric these days, your life means nothing to them if they find out you are a stumbling block.

It's good to save your job but best to save your life; you can always get a better job, not another life.

You must report at once. Remember when they fold the company you all go back home without jobs, and moreover stolen money does not last

Report it to your boss, if you keep it, it might turn against you when your boss found out, and you will bear the consequence. You may face sack or go to Jail because you connived with them to steal from your boss, i work in the bank and i know the ethics of the bank. Do not keep it to yourself.

You are somehow criminally minded. No offense please. You really care about the job security of people who are perpectually fraudulent and will do anything to run down someone's business?

Meanwhile you can earn N120000 in a month with just N1000

You are a ninny to be convinced to mind your business, inform the MD you will like an external auditor to come and look into her account sheet, for her to determine her net worth.
If these financial siphoning can be traced to your colleagues, let them suffer for their action.Nothing warrants a person to steal, stealing is a crime before God and men.
Imagine you are the MD?
And external auditors have proved their worth in some instances
