Victornezzar:The thread discusses the history of Christianity and Islam for interested readers to learn. I post my own submissions on the thread whenever I'm less busy. Soon, I will post some thoughts on glossolalia (the act of speaking in tongues in an unknown language), which some Nigerian pastors engage in ignorantly, speaking nonsense, bastardizing the original language, which yESHUa and many gods and goddesses of religions spoke during their time on earth, according to the piece of literature on the history of the universe. If interested, you can post your thoughts on the thread so as not to derail this one further. |

Sir Larride, honorable gentleman of the APC, NL chapter, your attention is needed here. We would like some eloquent and non-biased clarifications and answers on the issues and cogent questions that have been brought up, both pictorially and non-pictorially. Thank you. iamoyindamola: You still didn’t explain what you meant by not leading in the “right direction”. What does the right direction mean to you? Now back to your post, I will try and answer each to the best of my knowledge and I hope you are actually ready for an open discussion and not grandstanding. Nevertheless, here it goes: 1. National Security. On Terrorism, I score him 7. There have been tremendous improvement in both the Military hardware and successes in the fight against BH. We no longer hear of suicide bombers, market place bombings, religious place bombings and the likes. The Military has liberated a lot of territories from BH and ISWAP. Prior to the Buhari led Administration, we had local government in the North under the control of BH. No single territory or LG are in the hands on these terrorist anymore. On Policing generally, this is where I score Buhari low as I expected police reforms from him. 2. Dollar Rate I’m not sure what this means, so maybe you can explain. 3. Electricity. If you really understand how electricity works in the country then you will know that component of the electricity sector was sold to private investors prior to 2015. We now have Gencos (Electricity Generating Companies) Discos (Electricity Distributing Companies) and TCN (Transmission Company). It is important to note that as at Dec 2014, Nigeria has the capacity to generate about 4,900MW and as at May last year, Nigerian currently has the capacity to generate over 8,000MW. That’s almost double Nigeria capacity in 4 years. Away from that, the Energizing Economic Initiative under the Rural Electrification Agency has recorded some major success. The initiative objective is to provide uninterrupted power supply to over 100k establishments in economic clusters around the country to boost productivity. The pilot phase has been concluded. The pilot phase was in Lagos - Sura Shopping complex, Abia - Ariaria market and Kano - Sabon Gari market. Both Sura and Ariaria market are been powered by Independent Power Plant (IPP) while the Sabon Gari is been powered by decentralized solar technology. Still under REA, there’s Energizing Education Programme which goal is to provide clean and sustainable power supply to 37 federal universities and 7 teaching hospitals. The one in Alex Ekueme University in Ebonyi State has been completed and commissioned. Another one in Bayero University Kano (BUK) has been completed and commissioned. In fact the one commissioned in Kano is the largest off-grid solar power plant in Africa. 4. Employment As at 2015, Nigeria unemployment rate was 5.31% and as at last year, our unemployment rate was 6.11%. This is considering the fact that we have gone through recession and back. Also, this administration has employed over 500k Youth through N-Power, over 90k cooks was employed directly under the NHGSFP. 5. Standard of Living Considering that some states are struggling to pay the previous minimum wage and were owing salary, how do you think they are going pay the new minimum wage? The new minimum wage is based on our current reality. With time, it will improve. 6. School Feeding Program. Under the National Social Investment Program (NSIA), Nigeria has the largest School feeding program in Africa. The National Home Grown School Feeding Program (NHGSFP) is currently feeding over 8.5m primary 1-3 pupils in over 40,000 schools in 35 states in the country. 7. Youth monthly stipend See N-Power 8. Corruption. The EFCC has gotten over 1,000 convictions since this administration started. Under this administration, we have seen SGF sacked for corruption and currently standing trial, we have seen Head of Service of the federation indicted and removed for corruption, we have seen the head of the judiciary stand trial for non declaration of asset, we have had high profile case convictions. Under this administration, we now know, stealing is CORRUPTION. So tell me sodik, what do you think? Let’s hear your views. 11 Likes 2 Shares |

The largest off grid solar plant in Africa is the Sahel region Solar plant in Burkina Faso It's a 33 Megawatt plant and it produced about 15Mw in its test phase The one in BUK is not up to 10Mw sef. Be guided, Larride That's said, let Sodiq take the stage please? 4 Likes |

hardeycute: It's not just about facts. It's about resilience. Do you have the time to do a research on these things? If countered, will you be willing to drag on for days? See how many hours it took him to counter Sod. For research purposes. I can defend anything. Good or bad, wrong or right. But at a point make we still show empathy for this nation na. 1 Like |
