Being a thorough professional in finance and money matters, my candid advise is that you professionally expose the frauds and put controls in place. Imagine if the woman wakes up today and hire an auditor.? You maybe punished along with the thieves because it is an offense and unethical to see fraud under your nose and look away. Try and recommend employing an internal control person to your boss. Abbeylanre15: 1 Like |

He's capable of creating thinking men and some with empty skulls filled with nothing but SAND Buy or borrow some sense so that your level of imbecility will not radiate as much. Abbeylanre15: How in the world did you become a Financial Manager, when it's obvious that you have no professional ethic. Your first responsibility is to the company and the MD and not to your crooked colleagues. You must immediately consult your lawyers, involve your MD and the police in investigate and prosecuting you crooked colleague. 2 Likes |

Abbeylanre15:Like you said you are in charge of account, work out a policy that will mitigate such siphoning and suggest to the MD. In the corporate world you should not be blunt by reporting 'them' to the MD like directly, use tacts and diplomacy. MD should be smart enough what you're suggesting without mentioning any personal. 1 Like |

I am not saying you shouldn't mind your business , but when someone eles's trust(wealth) is ar stake you don't mind your business. Whst has happened to old saying of being our brother's keeper? |

The solution is simple, advice your future employee that want to blow whistle on other employee trying to ruin the organization you toiled your life for. Any advice you give is what you should do now. Mind you by calling them to warn them in private and still no changes have already placed you as their enemy which they will implicate soon and whether madams gives her Intel or not you are suspect to them and finally when you don't act quick and organization goes bankrupt you loose and If madam knows before you tell her she will treat you as one of them. |

Starhearts:By the way thy blow their own trumpet, we shall know them. Too easy to know who is a thief by they way they speaks. Mugu. Who cares if you are in Cyprus cleaning toilets and doing other menial jobs. You can't even pretend not to be a thief for once...you are had to wish death on some one that is bothered about criminal activities of folks of your ilk. This is why our country have decayed to a point of no redemption. It is because of criminals like you..who ceases every little opportunity to loot and leave their company in a state of coma. |

Fabulouzjoseph: Please what type of advise is this called? U think is not her business to report a case of stealing even as the account custodian? And is also not Her business to protect Her own job by reporting by any safe means possible cases of theft? Why do u think reporting a thief is a way of hurting him and his family, enough to consider not reporting such? This is a bad advice u Just gave. But is upto the OP to know what he/she want. Whateveer decisions she takes, will determine how long she will be employed and or paid salaries. |

"All that it takes for evil to proper is that good people do nothing".. yesterday in my street we had an argument concerning what pastor chris said about 5G and covid-19. I told my people that what the man said was wrong, rubbish and definitely doesn't come from God (the statement) after that my people nearly kill me for saying that. so i've come to the knowledge that no matter the level of our education we still retain some level of ignorant in us. look at the country for instance, there are people out there who knows what to do to help this country in her situation but they wouldn't, cos they dont want to get involved. so mr man, like it or not you're indirectly involved in this. |

Why then were you employed if you keep mum? Your duty is to manage the accounts and what’s your value if what you’re managing is being stolen? Let me tell you that silence in dis situation is tantamount to aiding and abetting. BE PROFESSIONAL |

Abbeylanre15: ooh! I felt like crying after reading this your response. He succeeded in telling you about all the things that will happen to their family if you exposes them and didn't tell you what will happen to your employer and and her whole dependant? I'll tell u a story. few yrs ago my kid sis introduced me to this client . My first LPO with that client was quite an amount. In between making that supply, they went on a Salah break, after the break I kept calling the store keeper to let me complete my job order so I could submit my invoice, instead, this aboki kept posting me. finally, the mumu called me for a meeting and ask me to come along with my delivery notes . I asked him how am I to submit deliveries when we still had unsupplied materials? The long and short of this story is that we had #600k worth of material left on that lpo. He asked that we split the money. I quickly told him I didn't have any deliveries but my manager did and my manager wasn't around with then. I called the friend to this my client and explained everything to him and he in turn called the owner of the company. Apparently, he did this same to all the vendors who had LPOS during that period . Imagine the reple effect. That company had over 20 vendors and more than 200 staff strength . What would have happened to all these people and their numerous dependents if I had played ball and we eventually ruined that company? what are values? If you are in that woman's shoes and someone does this same to you, how will you feel? If you don't do your part and save that woman from those leeches, you live with it for the rest of your life. 2 Likes |
