No sir.it doesn't work that way.let me give you a synopsis.according to the party constitution, Adams will set up a committee that will have to go and conduct the primaries.you know Adams will only include people he trust.they can decide to just deceive inec and allow a superficial election in all the wards.they are two factions one loyal to Adams,the other to obaseki.of course,they will accept the results of the ones loyal to adams and announce it and later go back to abuja and present it to adams who will forward it to inec.
