Beware people! Scam alert!!
So a certain individual with phone number +2348060487308 hit me up on WhatsApp a few days ago regarding this thread, assuring me of available 3-bedroom apartments in the aforementioned areas.
I decided to put him to the test today and demanded to see pictures of the apartments he claimed were available.
Below are pictures he sent me with corresponding rent (#360k n #420k respectively) on each:

As incredible as the offer sounded, I probed on but this very funny individual told me his agent fee of #50k MUST be paid before inspection n further discussion on this issue can continue.
Why I brought this up here? Simple. To notify you all of this obvious amateur con artist with the aforementioned phone number (he declined to give me his moniker, telling me he's only a guest on Nairaland).

I'm so upset with his crass approach, I'm going to put the following observation down in pidgin:
* Even if dem dey do apartments promo for Bode Thomas (future impossible tense!) for between #350 - #450k for 3 -bedroom, those pictures wey that broda wey mumu post resemble 3-bedroom apartments in any way?
