Yes you have to fully pay your tuition fee for the first year before they can send you your admission letter and other documents. You can chat me privately anytime I'll be glad to help. My own school is The international university of logistics and transport in Wrocław and their fee is 2,500 euro per year. No. Unless they didn't ask you to legalize, once legalization is stated on the website. Please legalize at the ministry of education and ministry of foreign affairs Abuja
