Naija246: Yes it is. Fraudsters can't steal money with BVN. That's why they'll call to ask for card details or OTP code. |

But come to think of it why can't those ppl be caught and persecuted few years of my experience in IT I found out its only through bitcoin one can send money and it can't be traced thts y its been used mainly on the dark web even as I hear only the American FBI is capable if tracing the bitcoin transactions now, why can't they track the transactions with the rerecord at hand every money been transferred transfer or sent even outside the country have a transaction record on their databases why it Nigeria thing always different and why are we so wicked.......... Honestly am just feeling bad for my nation coz I kW how these things Wrk this ppl can been brought to justice with ease...... 1 Like |

*07036074038* this one too just called me yesterday that the federal government is giving out cash palliatives that I should give details of my card for immediate credit. He even quoted my full name, date of birth, BVN. I played along with him after telling him I only have account with unity bank {which I don't} after like 10 minutes of stories I told him let me check for my card � details to send him I cut the call, he called back immediately that I should not bother he's going to wait while I get the details. After a while he didn't here my response bc I just drop the phone, He felt tired waiting and cut the call, I just blocked him thereafter. I checked trucaller the number has been flagged as SCAM.
