The fact is there 1B dollar railway rotting away in Abuja while Lagosian are living in their cars for five days just to avoid daily commute - and those that dare spend 6-8hrs on the road.

Lagos and Abuja has not deteriorated to this level...

Dont compare Upper hill which is a new cbd to the old raggedy Lagos and Abuja. The place was a residential area few years ago. The skyscrappers caught everybody by surprise. The county govt is now upgrading the roads to match its newfound status. What you see now is not deterioration but the roads that served residential areas before they were torn down for skycrappers. As you know sammy, our old CBD is jam packed! There's no more room for development, and we need to take on Africa Btw, in a few years upper hill will be looking like Downtown Manhattan...Hate to say this but even JoBurg is not in our bucket list
