I applied for supply chain too, i played the game and i was sent a regret messgae however i was asked to go check the game result to see where i will best fit, i checked and i was 85% fit for marketing so i re-applied again for marketing. No message till now. I believe only supply chain arr having their interview for now. If Im wrong, please lemme know

You're wrong, bro..

I did my Hirevue interview yesterday for the Finance Function.

It wasn't our regular interview to be very honest. This was something way beyond the norm.

I just hope for the best though. The experience wasn't easy from my ends.

Everyone gets the same questions... so if he tells you.. he's indirectly telling everyone else viewing. Which would be unfair to people who have done theirs.

My advice is just do.. no amount of preparation can make you ready for the questions.

Good luck.

Please ensure to read comments carefully before rushing to give replies.

I clearly stated 'one or two things you experienced'.
I never asked for questions. Besides if everyone on job section is having this mentality of not reaching out, nobody will be of assistance to anybody. What's the point of coming to nairaland then for tips.
Are you new on nairaland, haven't you gone through other graduate trainee threads and see how people assist each other?

What tips are you looking for.. Go do yours and give the tips... if everyone is waiting for tips then nobody will do it.. Everything you need to know will be explained by hireview before you start.

Again.. Goodluck.

Modified- i give up, everyone is waiting for hints
If you've done it.. come drop questions here.. lets prepare for them. Help us smiley

Whether tips are shared or not it doesn't change anything. It is one thing to have it, it is another to use it. Knowledge sharing is everything no need to be uptight. If you won't get the job., whether you share or not, you won't. But if you share, you may be directly or indirectly rewarded in the future. Please, Africans evolve.

We shouldn't be hard on ourselves friends. It's your choice to share tips or not.

The truth is that when you share tips, you are helping others.

We don't have to fight about this. If you've done the interview and you feel like sharing your experience there is nothing bad in doing that. And thanta I understand where you coming from, above all everyone is still looking out for himself/herself.

So lets share tips, not directly the questions. Give hints, its always enof for the wise.

And also for those who care, check the 2017 thread. You will get more than enof tips on there.

God help us all.

Let me help you guys jare.
I applied for graduate customer development..
I dont knw if it will be thesame as for finance.
I did my hirevue interview early dis month..
U should expect real life question bro..
Its four questions, which you have to reply within 3-4 minutes.
Ensure you have your pen with you.
From relevant experience, try to answer your questions using unilever core values ..so u have to go to thier website and read more on their principles of conduct ..channel your answer tru dat.
Like for me.
I was asked questions like, if i was given a new job in india to sell ice cream how will i lead my team, what will be my contribution..what major role will i play?
So expect more complicated questions..basically on solving real life problems..make sure you are fluent in speaking..i wish u all Goodluck .All the best. Pray we all succeed..
For the idiot .Succeed as well.
U need sense.. Lesson in life. Dont grow alone. Help others to succeed..Anybody fit get am..help somebody today...Nd God will help u as well.
Once more all the best to you all..
