Kabaka was a thug yes.. but he was a political thug, Seyi Makinde used Auxiliary in Ibadan and rewarded him, MC Oluomo was used in Lagos and got rewarded, Kabaka fought hard for politicaly naïve Obaseki on the orders of Oshiomhole, what did he get in return? his hotel getting bulldozed down and several attacks on him by egede boys

Kabaka is a revenue collector for government for 8 years you cant treat him like trash, many are like him that obaseki victimized

delegates are already elected during the ward and local government Congress last year.
you can't just send names from Abuja or you battle with the court.

there are also some people who are automatic delegates by virtue of their political position....either elected or appointed.


all it takes to be accredited is to come with your APC membership card if it direct primary and your delegate card if it is indirect primary

Obaseki lost the battle the day the appeal court upheld the chairmanship of Oshiomhole. The best bet was to leave the party like last year to consolidate before the election.

The NWC is mandated to submit the name of the party flag bearer. His ball are now in Oshiomhole's hand.
