my question is is it wrong not to help out and allow them serve their karma? It's not about rejoicing here.

I never said rejoice but allow them serve their karma by not attempting to salvage their situation even if you are in the position to do so.

It depends on the help you want to render. If he's found guilty, let him do his terms and support him as soon as he's out to get back on his feet

am I supposed to emphasize more with the offender or offended? Cos you have failed to realize there is actually a victim who deserves all the empathy more.

As an infj, I'm naturally very empathetic. That said, I will control it in a situation that calls for it / if I feel someone doesn’t deserve it.
