Something better than a Screenshot, Southie.

Look at the bolded italicised of your own words.

A direct quote of yours from October 20, 2017. The day you denigrated Osimhen without mercy lying on top that he had only played just 1 hr of football in Germany. Rings a bell?

You went on to say there is no certainty he would even make the youth teams of an English championship club while totally ruling out his chances at the youth sides of any EPL team.

That same Osimhen today is one of the most reverred young strikers on the planet.

I guess this will do and should forever serve as a lesson. And I got couple more. Wasn't hard to search out. Took me barely three mins on my return to dig it out.
And yes of course since this period between 2017 and 2018, you have tried so hard to choose your words when downplaying them these days. You take your shots subtly but then occasionally you drop some pearls of wisdom like a few posts back on Osimhen possible move to Napoli.
Sometimes you do try to confuse the thunder that wants to fire you but it's okay. grin

I only wanted to address that challenge so that it won't be said you didn't simply b'cos no one bothered to show you that you actually did.

Happy new year Southie and keep those hands clean to reduce the chances of contracting a certain virus aiit. wink Good to see you too. grin

Thanks nerdy.

Welcome back.
I wonder how some peeps think probably he was thinking we all here can't remember some words he spilled out years back.

Bournemouth bought both Jordan Ibe and Dominic Solanke for a combined £36 million. Between them, they have played 112 league games and they've scored 3 - all from Ibe

They are up there with the worst deals of all time.

Both players rejected Nigeria to play for England, and were all used to taunt us by Komekn. He rated both above anything we could boast of. Because of Ibe, he said what the super eagles parade were bunch of pretenders not wingers, on Solanke, he said he chased Origi away from Liverpool to go bench Osimhen and that Osimhen could hardly get any championship team to sign him to their academies grin

Someone please tell that dreamer it is dawn already, wake him up to reality. grin

I don't like this news. This is not where Osimhen should grow his career. No, not in the Italian league and not Napoli for that matter. There is no flair in Italian serie A. Their games are rough for a young player like Osimhen. Italian league is good for aging players

Italian league is not bad for young players bro

The Epl is even more harder for younger players than the Italian league

Reason I don’t want osimhen there is because he won’t bench akradiuz Milik

Until a contract is signed by a player everything is just speculation.

A player like Osimhen will generate a lot of interest. However, to what degree these clubs are serious is open to debate.

We have heard Barcelona, Manchester United, Chelsea, etc,.

My advice is he should go to a club where he will not have to be fighting for game time. In that regard Napoli is a good choice.

Going to a very big club at this very early stage of his development may not pan out as anticipated. It's better to build gradually and develop.

Barcelona rumors about osimhen are fake ,maybe united and Chelsea

The only striker Barcelona is thinking of joe is lautaro Martinez

The bolded is typical you, always bereft of objective reasoning, whatever suits your narrative. Dude what did you say when Tammy was linked with both Barcelona and Madrid? You never called it mere speculations, rather you said "he's earned it and that he stood a chance" now Osimhen is getting same recognitions and automatically all are speculations until a contract is signed? Lol you are quite funny

I think he can bench milik.
Milik is a Dzeko kind of player while Osimhen is the aggressive type and knowing Gattuso for who he was and still is, I think he will prefer a more aggressive top 9. Crespo and Drogba under Mourinho comes to mind.

Juventus they go for all players, them still they go for even sport analyst and lovers like me and you...nobody make Juventus nor they go for.

I didn't say milik and Dzeko aren't good or Dzeko isn't world class, I am trying to say milik and Osimhen styles of play as top 9 differs and Gattuso could prefer Osimhen because of his aggressiveness and speed...that's also Gattuso style as a coach, that's why he is not bothered letting mertens go for free

No sane club will bench 55M euro player, however osimhen is not a player akradiuz milik can bench. Least I remind you some folks also said the same thing with this former Chelsea player(I can't recall is name) when he was about to move to lille

Actually he will bench Milik comfortably. Osimhen's main competition at Napoli if the deal does go through is gonna be Dries Mertens.
Also, Milik seems on his way out as he hasn't renewed his Napoli contract. Napoli's Laurentiis and co now seem to have identified Osimhen as a top replacement and upgrade on Milik.

Lautaro martinez is an average player

Take it or leave it

Another 100 million is about to go down the drain for barcelona

Read my post again, I totally agreed with you that Dzeko is a world class striker but not milik, milik isn't even a second grade striker, so why can't Osimhen comfortably bench him?

I think Kane and Abumeyang also falls in that world strikers category

Like say nor be this stupid board and Barca seemingly hate for African players, wetin Martinez they do for field make Osimhen nor go fit do? Mind you, having Osimhen as Barca top 9 would be like eto returning to barca top 9.

Bros no vex ooo, i no call milik world class ooo, God forbid

Kane is world class, auba is world class, and Vardy is also world class

Milik and osimhen , none are 2nd grade strikers so its possible osimhen can bench him.

But check his stats as he has done so well, imagine lille buying a player that did well in the belgian league and you expect him to bench osimhen who has done so well in lille immediately ? thats the same thing about milik

Yes he might bench him, but make the deal first happen

I am sure the world expected hirvin lozano to walk into the napoli team easily because he was their most expensive purchase, you all saw what happened.

Mertens na senior man Naa. Lol. Honestly, I wont mind Osimhen having Mertens around sef. Lots, Victor can learn from him.

But time will tell if this Napoli deal news is confirmed true. One of Italian football's authoritative news sources, Alfredo Pedulla carried this news so it may happen but make we dey watch.
