You omitted quite deceptively two things which are the DATE and CONTEXT. ln which the comments were made. In football absolutely everything is time limited. When a statement is taken out of context, it becomes a CON and you could not resist the temptation to show your nature CON MAN.

That's disinformation and intent to mislead and cheap low level pot scraping.

My comments remain the same in the context of that time. And will never be withdrawn.

At that time Solanke was far ahead and a golden boot winner at the U20 World cup and Osimhen was in the doldrums of Wolfsburg going nowhere. And at that time would have struggled to get into a top academy.

If we go back in time, AT THAT TIME or thereabouts l had said Eberechi Eze, Fikayo Tomori, Josh Maja, Adarabioyo, Oviemuno Ejaria, among many others were not good enough for the SE again AT THAT TIME . But look today. l also said Nwakali AT THAT TIME was simply not good enough, l had even stronger words for Isaac Success.

Where is Solanke, Nwakali and Success in the context of football in the HERE and NOW. I guess making a bit of money but going nowhere in football progression.

Footballers don't remain static they improve they change thier attitude and they strive if they want to succeed.

You also failed to add the constructive criticism comments and advice l gave regarding Osimhen. I said he should leave Wolfsburg go to a less competitive league and or Bundesliga 2 and reinvent his career or he will end up going nowhere. Well he took that advice and where is he now.

Sine you have the tenacity to find the negative use that same tenacity to find the Positive. Unless you are not balanced in your quest which would prove negative prejudiced bias.

So once again please find where I have unjustifiablely denigrated a Nigerian home grown player.
But you conveniently forgot that few months before then he was also a golden boot winner in an age grade tournament

Seems you care too much about what people think or feel about you in here, this bullcrap aint necessary. Air your views, be objective, shove a middle finger to the emotional ones as long as you being factual and logical with what you gotta say, no matter whose ox is gored. To me, no one in here matters a lot, we laugh when we do, I kick you out when need be, no one is too important to me, hence when i write, I don't write to please no one. And when your favorite goes wrong, I go for his pterion artery and jugular whilst providing you with a rope to do the needful, if you so hurt.

This your message reeks of insecurity nwanyi. Disappointed

Here is my opinion.

Komekn did not say the truth when he said that Safarigirl made the wrong choice of a profession. I came into the conversation to posit that maybe he hasn't observed her enough, or taken time to peruse through her contributions, i went ahead to list the features i was able to associate with her pattern of reasoning.

Everything i said about Safarigirl is in the exact.

she showed solidarity for that which is exact by openly acknowledging the people who stood to defend that which is proper.

Safarigirl showed how secure she is by openly acknowledging her so called ass lickers. She didn't hide. She stood by them.

This is not about caring about people's perception, it is about standing with truth, no matter where the truth is facing.

It is also not easy to have admirers, it shows the person has desirable qualities, this you should note.

And it is good to acknowledge the admiration, it shows you are comfortable in your own skin, it shows maturity, it shows gratitude.

Apparently, Harry Redknapp was linked as a candidate for the job of Nigeria's coach (I don't even know who in Portsmouth or Middlesbrough came up with this story), and Harry Redknapp always buys him (Crouch) for whatever team he coaches, so, if he's coaching Nigeria, he will get Crouch for Nigeria too.

It's jokes

John Utaka has started a long fruitful journey...He is cool headed unlike Oliseh....This is where Ikpeba should have started instead of disgracing himself at SuperSports. Even Siasia sef... They all played well in FRENCH LIGUE UN....And doing coaching or analysing now

He should remain even if we don't win the Nations Cup, but if he no take us to QF at least for WC, bye byee o.
But come to think of it Rohr will already have spent more than 6 years at the job... the longest a coach has stayed at the job since Westerhof I believe.

Lol, impossible bro

Even dembele that started at rennes made it to barcelona

Then you are telling me if a 19/20 year old lionel messi is playing for newcastle he will be another ben arfa? na wa for you ooo

Wayne rooney made it to the top while playing for everton

Then sorry messi will be at the top even if he had started at newcastle

You didn't get the premise of my argument

SubZero was trying to say Scholes was overrated and if he had play for clubs like Everton, he wouldn't have being regarded as great

I'm just trying to make him understand that great players play for great teams

If someone with a messi-like skillset plays for everton, he will never be regarded as great

He will need to move to a great team to be one

So saying scholes is overrated because he played for man united is flawed

I fit argue with you today, but dey for your side the next day, because I always focus on the issue at hand not the moniker as I don't know anybody here personally. I decided to ignore this one, because you dissed many of us in diaspora. I chose not to correct you because one day you will not only travel for a visit but after you spend years abroad your perspective will definitely change. trust me.. bookmark this post.

I apologize for the diss on diaspora Nigerians

I went back to check the post and also noticed the generalization, that's why on my last post to komekn, I withdrew the generalization, because I realized it was in bad taste.

Till today, when I think back on that post, I don't feel good about it. I am an overthinker, overworrier and over-explainer, I don't know how to turn it off.

Anyway, I apologize to you and any other Diasporan for that post, it was not my intention to demonize everyone.

You need not explain nothing about the antics of Komekn here, to me. I deduce the presence of the young lady causes him runny stomach, hence, he is always aiming unnecessary puerile and witless digs at her, just to feed his delusion and flagrantly make himself feel good. Often times, he does this by bringing her profession into discussions even when not necessary, and also, trynna question her competency, all in a bid to impress and have his muppets beguiled.

I understand pretty well, but I expected the young lady to remain resilient and never give in to his rather vain gimmicks

Yes! the only time that man wasn't giving his all was when Mourinho came back as Chelsea manager, Mikel is world class everyday. His type of game is usually the unnoticed type (just like that of hamsik, matic, schweinsteiger) just that he didn't posses extra ability (goalscoring) just like the others. and again, Mikel is world-class!!!

Although I generally tend not to involve myself with these arguments, based on my observation of Safari girl's concerning pattern, I would agree with Komekn. Arguments are supposed to be fact based, devoid of sentiments and personal attacks. You would think that this should have been inherently drummed into a LAWYER during training. I appreciate that this is a medium to air ones OPINIONS, and this should be respected. However, personal attacks, especially when the person has no clue or concerete support on the subject matter, other than sentiments, smirks of a conceited and an immature mind.

On behalf of the Ghosts on this thread Chidi1 I'll like to point out that your moniker is kind of new here, even we the Ghosts don't know you.

That said, I'll advice you to pitch your tents carefully on this thread.
You apparently do not know that man komekn, you don't know him!!!
I personally think Komekn is a spam bot.
So please don't queue behind him just because you read a few days worth of his comments.
Calm down, relax, and observe then you'll know better.

WC qualification is Key. I don't mind if he doesn't win AFCON provided there's noticeable progress from last time.

I wonder what Yobo is capable of learning under Rohr? I think 6 years is enough for Rohr to prove himself beyond doubt. By then he would have quality players that have also played together for quite a while. If he does well, I don't mind him staying. I'm not even raising the bar too high. Just do better than any coach has done, because he has been given the most support. Give us at LEAST a QF appearance.
