3. privacy policy is not supposed to be on the main menu. change that.
4. The content of "privacy policy" needs to be updated, also add terms and conditions.

5. The structure of ur post URL needs to be changed as well for seo reason. use domain/category/post-name
6. SEO poor. Less traffic on your site.
I can see u have 381 backlinks, that is good. I think the problem should be on-page seo. I don't have access to the backend to check that one.

u are using the Eltro template, check the demo, emulate them for a better design.

For example on the home page, they add categories below the slide revolution, they use PNG images, u are using Jpeg that is the reason why the look is not amazing

The slide revolution, use some of your products there as images, more free delivery, and master, visa card stuff.

u are yet to add your social media account to the site, do that.

some of ur images are blurry, google fine fine images nah.

Add favicon.
