That nutri milk I drank it mad in first trimester
If I dont drink it I will faint ni. It filled me up and gave me so much energy at least for the next 3hours or so before I take another one.

Na so I go dey waka like mad person dey fine Nutri Milk up and down.
Hahahahahaha cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy see my partner for nutri milk ooo... D company suppose gift us joor..... U need to see me searching for d chilled one if I no see i will buy like three bottles and put for refrigerator to chill ooo... It has been a life saver for me aswear

Good morning ma'am. We are doing well by God's grace. Just that it's not been funny being a FTM. I am 21 weeks gone. After eating, I will be feeling thuds in my tummy kinda "tum tum tum". Then, I have been having this severe right should blade pain that extends to my neck. I thought it was due to my sleeping posture on Monday night. But, it still persists. I couldn't sleep last night. DH had to massage my body after I've taken 4 tablets of panadol extra.

Pls be careful how you take panadol. I don't think it's good for preggies (my thoughts) You even took the extra join.
Ordinary paracetamol is ok for you.

It is well. We will get there soon. It must be the way you slept that caused the pain. Please let him massage it well with balm.

I don't even understand my body again. No food is staying in my tummy, I vomit everyday... Sometimes twice a day, cos i can't eat more than two times a day. No appetite, weak and tired.
The doctor said my bp is high. I keep trusting my God... He does what no man can do.
The funny thing is I am now in my second trimester...
Mamas in the house why am I presently experiencing MS at this stage??

Nothing to be worried about. It is usually like that, sometimes. I usually press my tummy to find where my baby is and rub, before you know it she will make a move and I'll smile grin

Good afternoon Cappo!! We’re doing awesome. Thanks for checking.
My only concern is my weight o. I’m a FTM so I find it funny � how I add weight. I started off weighing 76kg. Last week was my 21st week. I weighed 80kg. I’m currently in my 22nd week. Checked my weight yesterday and it was 84kg. Anyways other than that I’ve been great. My bump is still looking like I’m overfed �‍♀️��
Not everyone seems to believe I’m pregnant how much more 5months plus.
Happy Bumping to all mamas yet to deliver. It’ll surely end in praise ��

Oh teamie abeg stay strong... It will soon be a thing of d past. U can try and be eating in small portion make it peppery and see if u will tolerate it. Some mamas still experience ms till nine months ooo but I pray urs will gradually easy off pls manage your bp ooo very important.. God will see us through to d finish line.. Amen

Have not been feeling pregnant since Sunday, only the size of my stomach reminds me of been pregnant. I don't know if it's something that I should be worried about.
