awoo47:fanboyism for this thread too much. I love xiaomi, used rn7 b4 migrating to realme x. Brand loyalty and fanboyism gradually blinds users. Iphone users can relate. Darris aw somebody told me he will choose the iphone 6 over rn8 anytime bcux of imessage shits and d rest. Dats y apple will have d guts to release se2 with 2017 design bcux dey knw dat no matter d shit dey release, men dem go still buy. If screen bleeds on rn9s, its software issue. If it bleeds on transsion devices, party dn scatter... 11 Likes |

awoo47: Prolly cos bashing doesn't work. I spent 5 days looking for a store that sold the note 8 in my town but the ones I found either didn't have the device or had doubled the cost for the device. I even saw a store that wanted to sell it for 98k for me. Their devices have awesome specs but they need to advertise in the real world. All the shops I went to had tecno, infinix and itel phones at normal prize and they were everywhere. Definitely people will go for them cos most persons don't even know the use of the different chipsets in a device. They just follow popular opinion. And if your normal transsion device gets bad na, the possibility of getting a repairman in your street self is very high. This is a deal breaker for everyone. In the end Sha, I got a Tecno device. Though the specs no near, but I can't stay long without a fone. I don try. Hopefully I go sell am later buy the one after my heart. |

Darlinx01: Normally I'd ignore but bro, what is the title of the thread? This thread is mainly focused for Xiaomi users to share experiences and tips for others. It's like walking into a mosque and expecting the faithfuls to unanimously shout 'Jesus is lord' (No offense meant). If you have bought a better device from a better brand, you can create a thread and inform users and why you chose it. You cannot expect everyone to agree with you. Since you've moved on to the Realme X, why are you still following the thread? Wouldn't it be more appropriate to find you in the Realme thread (if it exists)? How many iPhone users or Samsung users hover around this thread? How often do Xiaomi users leave this thread to go bash on the Infinix thread or Umidigi thread? It's quite the inverse on this thread and it's understandable for long time fans and users to reply the way they do. Btw, how did you solve the Bluetooth and WiFi problems on your Realme X? 20 Likes |

Darlinx01: Fanboyism is everywhere sha. When a particular brand has met your needs over and over again, emotional attachment is formed. You may see imessage shits as insignificant, but that person who prefers iPhone 6 to RN8 may not. Transsion fanboys don't have high taste (they just want something basic) and transsion products meet their basic needs. Xiaomi fanboys have high taste for less, Xiaomi meets that need. 19 Likes |

olanreyman: My guy my guy, I have been waiting for your comment. On a real it has happened that we have affordable gaming centric chipsets for users to choose from depending on budget. For Xiaomi we have RN9 (G85), RN8 Pro (G90T), RN9s(SD 720G), Poco X2(SD 730G), mi 9t(SD 730) and hey the Redmi 9 is reported to pack a Helio G80 processor. 9 Likes |

I honestly don't blame anybody here that comes to say awful things about Xiaomi. Some of our peeps can be overzealous with the way they project the idea of Xiaomi (I also kuku don't blame them for seeing the light and learning their lessons in a very painful way) on others. Personally, I've been using Redmi devices for more than 5 years and I don't see myself getting off miui anytime soon. I don't need to convince people about the superiority of the brand. The devices speak for themselves when people see the things I do with my phone. No less than a dozen people around me have started using Redmi phones and they're all thanking me and longing for more. So I don't even try to argue or convince people, if you like what you see and ask for more info, I enlighten you as much as I can or point you in the right direction and if you are not convinced, all da best. 27 Likes |

mathefaro: I couldn't have said it any better. Quality products produce an army of loyal customers, especially if said customers have had terrible experiences from other brands. The most vociferous users here are those who have had their fingers burnt by other brands they previously trusted with their hard earned money. As for those who have an issue with Xiaomi, do yourselves a favour and read the title of this thread. After all, you can't stumble into a group of Ferrari enthusiasts and start talking about Hondas, you might lose your kneecaps for such an indiscretion. And if you aren't down with what I just typed, I got three words for you - leave the thread. 10 Likes |
