Try kernel pomade, and use dettol soap.

The best is to seek the help of a paediatrician, or a dermatologist.

But it seems your baby is reacting to either the toilet soap(Joy Beauty), or the shea butter you're using on him. I do know surely that Joy Beauty soap isn't formulated to be kind/mild on infants' skin. It's basically an adult skincare soap. I'll recommend 'Johnson's baby soap' or 'Cussons baby soap'.

I also hope you do know that shea butter, particularly the adulterated shea butter, darkens the skin. I would advise you discontinue the use of shea butter on your baby. Shea butter may have lots of skin benefits, but I wouldn't recommend the use of shea butter on infants. Shea butter congeals at room temperature, and may most likely obstruct the skin pores when rubbed on the skin, resulting to skin rash. Moisturising oil is far better to use. Why not try Cussons' or Johnson's baby skin products
