Doctors in the house please come to my rescue, my younger brother has had this stuff on major parts of his body while growing up. Although he wasn't born that way, the designs are scattered around and don't seem to be fading out with age. No other family member has this so i guess it's not hereditary and contagious but it's definitely not pleasing to the eyes. My brother doesn't wear short sleeves because of what people will say when they see it and we have used all sorts on his body but nothing is changing. YES HE HAS A DRY AND ALMOST SCALY LOOKING SKIN...PLEASE HELP!

From the look of it, it seems to me like an early sign of 'Vitiligo'.

Well, I think there's a skin care product for this rare skin condition. Though his seems like a mild condition, probably may worsens as he grows older. But I'd advise he sees a dermatologist, he'll know best.

I advice he go for stc30. It is a stemcell therapy. Stemcell regovinates, reactivates and recreates dead cells

Vitiligo is loss of skin pigmentation but the picture looks more like some form of hyperpigmentation. undecided

@OP, until you get a recommendation from your doctor on the legitimacy of this STC30 product, I suggest you stay away from it until then, please.

I am not even sure what it is. It claims to be stem cell therapy but I have yet to find an actual report stating what it is

Make ur own research on STC30. Also go to federal medical center of ur state. Ask consultants.
