Mr Seer abeg show us which way pls
onegentleguy:

Where were u when these coys were recommended here.
With the 1st(UNILEVER), I highlighted that FUNDAMENTALS is unhealthy(the red flags in their financial print) but TECHNICALS points to a buy @ any price below N11.
Stock is already up by near 60%.
See link; https://www.nairaland.com/1131485/nigerian-stock-exchange-market-pick/5592#88765140
@ mcy56 also mentioned the coy here then.

On NEIMETH, I called for a buy @ 38k. Some persons disputed it, but dude has delivered over 170% return and still counting.
See link; https://www.nairaland.com/1131485/nigerian-stock-exchange-market-pick/5709#90045607

On DANGOTE SUGAR, I gave a buy even after they released a not-so-good Q3 financial print. At the time, the coy was hovering btw N8.5-N9. Coy has already delivered btw 54-81% at different times.
See link; https://www.nairaland.com/1131485/nigerian-stock-exchange-market-pick/4964#83652619

On MAY&BAKER, my buy call came in together with NEIMETH. At the time, M&B was selling for below N1.90.
In fact, I later mentioned that folks should as a matter of urgency ACCUMULATE all HEALTHCARE coys in late Feb, and followed it up with an article. M&B has returned near 78%.
See link; https://www.nairaland.com/1131485/nigerian-stock-exchange-market-pick/5392#87339029

On FLOURMILLS, my take was that folks should align with the coy when it was selling for N13+.
See link; https://www.nairaland.com/1131485/nigerian-stock-exchange-market-pick/5144#85645534

So my dear, I can not advise u on these coys now. It would've been better if u had heed to the calls then.
It's always great when u are early to the party.
That way, u'll be served with enough fresh coconut rice plus chicken, hot Nkwobi and chill non-acoholic wine. ...otherwise, u may end up taking just cold jollof rice without meat and hot coke if ur late. grin grin grin
Even the coke will not be full. It will be given u in a small disposable cup. wink cheesy grin

Moral: Learn to be quick to act once u can spot VALUE and have done ur homework well !!
Like I always tell folks;
"In finding the right equilibrium between RISK and REWARD(MoS with risk-return in view), the PRICE(u pay) for an asset is EVERYTHING !!"
Remember: Price is what u pay... but VALUE is what u get !!

Anyone Planning to Trade in UACN because of the sweet talks on this thread should be very careful. The Stock is currently on full offer with zero bid and that is bizarre. Of what use is a stock that can fetch you 1000% but can also become illiquid despite the promises of huge returns coming soon? Apart from UPDCREIT in that group, UACN and UPDC are far from making tangible profit to sustain current prices. Never trade on hope, trade with fact and you wont cry.
This was how you and Emma miss lead many into abstaining from ccnn after the merger with obu cement was announced while both of you where bussy accumulating the stock. After the merger many of them realized their mistakes, hence they came back complaining. YOU HAVE STARTED AGAIN I HOPE NO ONE HERE WILL LISTEN TO YOU THIS TIME. In fact that is why I have taking it upon myself to enlighten as many as may like to hear, because I don't like to hear or sea people cry HAD I KNOW.

SOME BENEFITS OF BUYING UACN NOW.

Assuming one buys 1million shares of UACN @ N9, the total cost will be N9,000,000 + N180,000 (max. Comm.) = N9,180,000.

After the Unbundling of UPDC & UPDC REIT, the person will have
6,000,000 shares of UPDC x N0.80 = 4,800,000
500,000 shares of UPDC REIT x N3.5 = 1,750,000
1,000,000 shares of UACN X N9 = N9,000,000

When you add them together = N15,550,000.

Just from the unbundling alone I did not add the dividend that will come from UACN, the final and the interim dividend that is yet to be declared by UPDC REIT. Neither did I put into consideration the Capital Appreciations that will follow UACN & UPDC REIT before and after the unbundling.

All these benefits just within the next 4 months.

A Stitching Time Saves Nine

Pls its ok !! ...honestly ur beginning to sound like a broken record.
We knew these things and more, long before now !!
U don't need to advertise a good thing. A good wine needs NO bush.
When u repeatedly sound this way, u send the wrong impression.

PLS allow TIME to set matters straight and put things in their right perspective !!
It is well.

It is not everything said by Oracle I follow but I also use my wisdom to pick the key info in his posts.oracle and oyinbo people have something in common and I guess he is being paid for his services.oracle never said anything that is not genuine but be careful not to be a prey to his traps.

I am still 100% in cash now.still watching the next phase of market.10 to 20% is still my new entry target.

I actually expected you to do better than say Oracle is conniving with some people to set trap for people here. This is the same person that has made right calls this year based solely on his own assessment and has posted them for others to benefit.

Please learn to do better next time and not talk from two sides of your mouth. Everyone is the CEO of their portfolio. Enjoy your Fidson Loot Sir

The VAP values are calculated at the end of every period (weekly in this case).

Anytime the week ends higher than its opening price, the VAP value will be re-adjusted to the upside.

Take note of the IF . . . THEN statement

For last week it was "IF price touches 17.44 then closes bearish in the coming week" but price did not touch 17.44

Now this week, the IF . . . THEN statement is "if price touches 18.08 then closes bearish next week"

Be patient to allow the condition get fulfilled and watch what happens thereafter.

My confidence lies in the fact that we still have over 500 million units excess sell for this stock.

Make we dey watch.

Hi guys,

I stated with all confidence what will happen if my "IF . . . THEN" conditions are met for ZENITH.

I can see that the first part has been fulfilled - price touched 18.08

Now we await how next week will close.

I dare you all that have been making mouth and calling my VAP system all sort of names, to hold you buy position on ZENITH.

If una sell am, posterity go judge all of una.

Make we dey see.
