Polemics. Treasury issues bonds. SARB is their agent or Banker. When they start buying it - there is BIG BIG PROBLEM. SARB are not suppose to underwrite gov bonds. It get bought or not. But when SARC start buying - from thin air - then there is a problem - but not a big problem.
