He loves playing football even inside the house, compound and church, he loves play it either with me, other kids and shouting goal. He loves kicking pet water bottle, stone, anything and i have been observing it. He is 1 year 5 month now, at what age can i start building his talent and also register him.

That's nice, you are a great dad, keep it up. He needs to be at least 5 years old before he can be enrolled in a football academy. You can try pepsi football academy, it's the most popular, but not the only one. Try asking around sport centres in ur state or stadiums
