Keep checking when the protection time ends and raise dispute immediately! If the seller ask you to wait a little more don't agree. I have always gotten my order refunded anytime I open dispute

Someone picking it up for you must have ID. Secondly that would depend on how nice the people there are! However, I hope you are checking order to know when purchase protection runs out?

I want to order a phone worth 113k from Aliexpress, but the only shipping method I saw is DHL (113k + waybill by DHL =126K.)

I have equally learned that DHL always demands that one pays for customs fees, which I think is could make it too expensive cos I've read bad stories of paying upto 45k for a phone delivered via DHL to customs.

Please can I demand the seller to ship the package via Aliexpress Standard Shipping? I can wait for two months if that should be the case.

It's time people learn to sue DHL for there scam on people. I started buying stuff online in 2012 and I mostly used DHL back then. None of those items where charged any custom duty. And the painful part is it was tablets. I bought 6pieces in three different orders and it all came through DHL with no damn custom fee.

To answer your question, look for another seller that has that option. Most of these sellers have lost the disputes. I bought three item from three different sellers in Feb, none arrived and I won the dispute after protection expiry. So DHL is a sure way of delivering

no, just a written instructions and the proxy's valid ID or simply ask them to redirect it to your nearest post office

I only tried this with FedEx. I had to mail the persons name and phone number to them

I will test this service again in few days. Currently one of my order states "void information". Sent via UPS. Seems the seller is trying to play a fast one on me. First he waited for 4days before claiming he shipped the item, and another three days before uploading the tracking. I will raise dispute immediately after the 10days of uploading tracking number and confirm your argument.
