treat you demo like a live account, and use the normal lot size you will use for live account. Using 10 lot size on demo doesn't Make sense except if that's what you will be using when you go live

Trade going as planned. Solid close above my 133.20 point of interest. Buys are attractive above this level with a SL below the last 4H candle for aforementioned targets.

Going according to plan as well, still one good opportunity to join this for good RRR if price closes above 133.20, then should be a smooth ride to 141, which could be attainable in a few weeks.

I always hear the more lower the timeframe the more prone to false signals.

No revenge bro, they are too big to feel your impact except if you use 1000lot per trade,lol. Just realise where you made errors, then come back ready to make profits by doing things DIFFERENTLY. You'd do good.
The higher the TF, the higher probability of your trade success. I personally try to use the 4H as my least TF. More reliable signals.

O.5 is too much for a $700 account. You should trade between 0.05-0.07
