I don't know about the iyan part. Maybe I didn't read it in depth. I just read that if they conceive there probability of twin will be high. It's just superstition I presume....but this is Africa.so you can never tell.

Hahaha yes that's exactly the way I heard it too. The thing sef spread beyond Africa. I had a manager ask me once about how true the superstition is. Apparently one of her very close friends have 2 set of twins and told her the same thing.

Isapa is like zobo leaves but white. You boil it and cook with Eguisi. Didn't used to like it cause it can get really lumpy in the throat. Imagine chewing boiled zobo leave but eventually I liked it, cos my mum used to shred it and we wont even notice its in the soup. Its been such a long time since I ate it.
