Please help I can't receive calls with my infinix S5 since 2 days now. Automatically end the call and I see missed in my phone and caller is told I'm busy. I have checked setting I don't know what to do and I can't reset my phone to factory settings

my brother had similar issue too. Try the following:
1. check if your phone is on No disturb mode, if it is then off it
2. check also if it's on bike mode, if it is then off it
3. finally there's a floating shortcut setting that open up when you tap it, check there if reject calls is on, if it then tap to off it

If you do the following and the problem still persist then restore factory settings

Carlcare is sh*t

You will go there and almost spend the whole working hours there cos the place is always filled with users that comes with one complain or the other.

When they finally get to you, they will either bill u or tell u rubbish that will make u go get another phone.
