I've learnt for a while now not to take most commenters here seriously.

Most of you post without any knowledge of one single thing about the topic.

Nami doesn't have a problem with Fowler. Fowler almost brought the FIRS to its knees with his policies that more than 90 percent of FIRS staff are happy it's being reversed.

In as much as I hope they resolve their issues and they resume, we all know how they all got the job.

In the history of the FIRS, no Chairman of the agency watched over the grand level of job racketeering, like Fowler.

Imagine someone that got appointed through nepotism and quota system is claiming to investigate credentials of people. They want to do their normal level of employing their Olodo brothers and at the end if the day, FIRS will be as useless as many other govt parastatals run by them. They only know how to destroy.

We understand you guyz are trying to disqualify some while you create space for your cronies . Just be fast about your decision, the affected can move on with their LIFE.

National assembly should wade into the matter. I believe they will make some findings- what process did they follow in the recruitment? Was it publicised to allow all qualified members of the public to apply? Was the human resources policy of the service adhered to in the recruitment? Answers to these and some other questions will expose the nepotism/favouritism that characterized that man's regime.

They will get the job
No matter the time. Whether 6 months or five years
Immediately they resume. Payment of salaries, promotion arrears will be backdated

Those with the appointment letters aren't mostly Northerners I guess and the new man at the helm also wants to bring his people in.

One of the problems of this country is that there's no continuity. Every new administration or govt totally ditches the policies of the past administration. The old projects and existing plans are left to rot away. Very sad.
What becomes the fate of these sacked employees, many of them would have paid millions to the previous executives to secure such govt jobs, and now it has gone down the drain.
The country is not stable, no steady policies or rules, no one is sure of what may happen next.. Even the govt don't have long term plans for the country.. With all these kinds of uncertainties, the country can never progress.. No be swear, but it's the sad truth.
