emmanuelewumi: Why should I go through the pain of observing what a group of people are doing sir? The quantity of shares traded with the corresponding open/high/low/close price tells the whole story. Transparently and truthfully as nothing else does. This is what my Volume Adjusted Price (VAP) helps the investor achieve. Question: What if I am investing in stocks in a different continent from where I reside? Would I need to travel to go "observe" what the Management are doing in the foreign country? Your physical organs of sight, touch, hearing etc will deceive you a thousand times over. Remember Isaac? He heard the voice of Jacob but couldn't tell, he even touched him and was still deceived. A man's physical senses will never suffice! 2 Likes |

meshpips: Management does not need to sell their shares on the floor in order to see what they are doing. Asset stripping is not done on the floor, the CEO awarding a contract of N2 billion to his side chick or wife doesn't happen on the floor. VAP won't capture these 23 Likes |

emmanuelewumi:I had eailer challenged you to provide a link to the information that says that UACN or UPDC plan to raise additional fund this year and you failed. That alone has confirmed to any wise reader that you are a disceiver and the original monkey hunter. You kept disceiving people to continue to buy UPDC REIT instead of UACN during this era of unbundling, that UACN suppose to give them alot of UPDC & UPDC REIT for free. While you are bussy packing the UACN for yourself. UPDC REIT is a good stock no doubt, but right now wisdom is INVESTING THE MONEY INTO UACN AND GETTING 12 UPDC AND 1 UPDCREIT FOR FREE FOR EVERY 2 UACN THAT YOU HAVE WHEN THE UNBUNDLING TAKES PLACE NEXT MONTH. 7 Likes 2 Shares |

So @ Meshpip your VAP won't capture the happenings and events in the businesses you have Invested in, it might capture the emotions and buying behaviours 4 Likes |

meshpips: @emmanuelelewunmi, VAP sees EVERYTHING!!! Except and unless, the data is entered incorrectly. Now see the recommendation I gave for UACN since last year and the price target (Buy at 6.00 target 24.00). VAP has got superiority of vision. Please let's do away with all those ancient methods. The new has come! Put away the old!!! 1 Like |

https://oilprice.com Brent crude oil price has cross $40 per a barrel, and will likely see $50 buy July. Hope is gradually returning back to market. The investors are on the part of greatness.

meshpips: I wish you good luck. About 15 to 18 years ago, a guy came with a tool. He had a newspaper, magazine, radio program, TV program, seminars etc which sold and promoted his Investment tools and gospel. He had millions of teeming and passionate followers. About 15 years ago people paid N15,000 to hear his stock picks at his sold out seminars that took place all over the country After people lost money and fortunes following the so called new investment tools and teachings, they are all back to the ancient and time tested tools and teachings 23 Likes 2 Shares |

Every investor should take responsibility for how and where they invest their money. If you invest based on the information available here, that's your doing and be man/woman enough to take responsibility for it. it is better you pass on some opportunities if there's too much noise about them and you're not able to make a clear decision than blame others for your decision. You are the CEO of your investment portfolio |

There is nothing new under the sun We should all learn to study history and also learn from history, it makes us informed, wise and humble. Looking at everything and anything from a historical point of view will make us to practice cautious optimism and nothing will come to us as a surprise, because we are ever ready for any possible and impossible outcome of events 8 Likes |

When you see people get too emotional about a particular stock, they are blinded to see what others are seeing. whatever gains that UACN or UPDCREITS will give, it may likely be consumed by the liabilities that UPDC will thrust upon one. arduino: 1 Like |

Uchetoba:It is obvious all your fmly weaith is in UACN or they are paying you to continue marketing uacn. The noise is becoming irritating to our ears even though I bought it at #7 . Everyone must not have UACN as it is not the only stock available. 6 Likes |

The most rewarding REITs at the moment is not even UPDC REITs. SFS REITS seems to beat both UNION HOMES REITS and UPDC REITs at the moment. The stocks are however illiquid oooo Chibuking81: |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by emmanuelewumi(m): 11:00am On Jun 03, 2020 |
rebekah2011: I disagree with this, I have both SFS REIT and UPDC REIT. SFS REIT at N65.00 paid a dividend of N7.00 UPDC REIT at less than N4.00 paid a dividend of 58k. Value of Properties owned and managed by SFS REIT is about N2 billion, money market Investment of about N400 million. Value of properties owned and managed by UPDC REIT is about N23 billion, money market Investment of N4 billion in 2018. N3 billion was redeemed in 2019, which UPDC REIT used in buying Kingsway building Marina from UPDC 3 Likes |
