She's richer than most if not all African countries, and you cannot dictate to a rich person what to do and how to do anything. Any African country that does not like it should become rich and have a military base in India. It's that simple.

Don't mind these people. If they are so angry at foreign countries building bases in Africa, they should tell their leaders to make African countries rich. Someone who is rich goes all the way to protect his/her investments and claim territories. If you do not like it, become rich and do same. But remember, you have no right to dictate to a rich country to do when yours is very poor. If you don't like it, become rich! India has the moral and economic right to do whatever she likes.

In 2018 US and India signed LEMOA, This was implemented in 2018. By this Agreement both US and Indian militaries can utilize Military facilities.
