The bottom line is that Ghana has the secret police while Britain has secret service. You have no free hand to lie. If you continue pestering I'll post what your secret police has been up to since 1960 wink
and the USA have the NSA and CIA. Bottom line is, they all carry out similar duties.

The banana republic of Kenya does not and hence why terrorists are freely roaming your streets.

Your army is like our road safety police.

The Ghanaian army is better equips than the Kenyan militia that run to hide when when ever Kenya is attacked.

When politicalinstitutions fail, we rely on the disciplineof the military to continue with the activitiesof governance to ensure continuation of government.

The gahanian military is far discipline than all security institutionsin kenya that see neutralising of kenyans as their one and only duty.

Even comparing kenya bandits dressed in military parafelia to Ghana militaryis an insult to the Ghanaian military.
rvp2018:
Our police forces are corrupt and indisciplined - but your Army is basically like our police force - and like they have done severally - when they took power - they are the biggest threat to your existences.

You army are like Nigeria - a militia that are out there harrasing civilians. They beat up your police force smiley. They were expelled in South Sudan recently for raping 36 womens.

This can never happen in Kenya and many countries - deploying Military to deal with COVID-19

This latest news..

Residents in the Kumasi Metropolis and its environs will remember Friday, March 27 2020, as a day on which indiscipline attitudes were met with radical responses from personnel of the Ghana Army during the turn of the metropolis for disinfection of markets there in the wake of the spread of the coronavirus disease to the country..

Erbolat Dosaev of Kazakhstan:
In the late 1990s Dosaev served as First Deputy Minister of Energy, Industry and Trade.[6] In 1998, Dosaev worked as an advisor to the prime minister. As of 2000, Dosaev was serving as deputy finance minister.[7] In 2001, Dosaev became chairman of the board of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan. As of November 2002, Dosayev served as chairman of Kazakhstan's anti-trust agency.[8][9]

Finance minister
In June 2003, Dosaev was appointed finance minister by Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev.[1][10] During his time as finance minister Dosaev also held positions with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan...Economic affairs minister
Dossaev was appointed to head the economic development ministry in September 2012.[17]

As the minister of economic affairs, Dosaev oversaw a project to expand the production capacity of TengizChevroi (TCO), Kazakhstan's largest oil producer. In late December 2015, Dosaev informed the parliament that he expected the project to cost US$30 billion. Officials had announced early the same year that they were working with TCO to lower the cost from an estimated US$38 billion. The aim of the project is to increase oil production from 27 million tonnes in 2015 to 38 million tonnes by 2021.[5]

In late 2015, Dossaev announced numerous agricultural reforms including changes to farm subsidies, improved crop insurance, and the introduction of electronic receipts designed to make the grain industry more efficient and profitable. Dosaev said, “The agrarian sector should become one of the key drivers of future economic growth in Kazakhstan. Throughout 2016, drawing no the experience of Australia and Brazil … the main focus of the development of agriculture will be stimulated by the creation of infrastructure and the integration of new technologies.” His proposals were made amid an economic slowdown due to low oil prices; the government of Kazakhstan responded with measures designed to diversify the country's economy.[18]

Dosaev has advocated reducing government interference in the economy. In February 2016 he stated, "As concerns issues related to the state's large share in the economy: you know about this, the work on privatization and denationalization starts in March, and the goal set to us by the president is to reduce the government sector's presence in the economy to 15% by 2020. Therefore, the government, and also the national holdings and companies, are working today to prepare for privatization and denationalization."[19]

Dosaev resigned from his post as minister of economic affairs in early May 2016. Dosaev resigned after public protests against legislation that would have allowed foreigners to rent farm land for limited periods of time. Dossaev defended the legislation; he stated, “The new norms in the land code are indispensable and required, and correspond to international practice." President Nazarbayev also defended the legislation and said that the protests were driven by misinformation.[20]

Baiterek
Dosaev is the former chairman and CEO of Baiterek, a state-owned holding company specializing in banking and finance founded in 2013.[1] Baiterek was originally formed to fund large economic development projects but the company's portfolio was expanded significantly in order to cope with the economic problems associated with falling oil prices.[21][22][23] Dosaev was appointed head of Baiterek in May 2016 and succeeded Kuandyk Bishimbayev. As part of his work at Baiterek, Dosaev was appointed to chairman of the board of directors of KazExportGarant, a state owned export insurance firm.[24][25]

While serving as head of Baiterek, Dosaev attended an international economic forum in Beijing to discuss China's "One Belt, One Road" initiative in 2017. He held talks with the heads of large Chinese banks and other financial institutions. The talks resulted in numerous non-binding agreements and a joint venture between China Triumph International and Orda Glass to construct a sheet glass factory in the Kyzylorda region.[22]

Deputy prime minister
Dosaev was appointed deputy prime minister by President Nazarbayev on 29 August 2017. Askar Zhumagaliyev was also appointed deputy prime minister effective the same date. Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev presented both of the new deputy prime ministers to the cabinet shortly thereafter; these appointments brought the total number of deputy prime ministers to four. Dosaev's portfolio is a series of modernization efforts in important economic sectors.[26][27]

The National Bank of Kazakhstan
February 25, 2019 appointed Governor of the National Bank of Kazakhstan

Uganda:
He was forced to flee Uganda in 1972 after he gave a speech publicly criticizing the expulsion of Asians from the country by Idi Amin. He fled to England via Tanzania, and was able to finish his studies at Durham University, graduating with an upper-second in Economics and Politics.[4] In October 1974, he began his post-graduate studies at Balliol College, Oxford, before returning to East Africa. He entered the University of Dar es Salaam to lecture and conduct research while pursuing his doctorate in economics. In 2009, Nkumba University, a private university based in Nkumba near Entebbe, awarded him an honorary Doctor of Philosophy degree in recognition of his "great contribution towards the development of Uganda's financial sector".[5]Between the year 1979 and 1984, Tumusiime-Mutebile was appointed to several government positions in Uganda ranging from deputy principal secretary to the president at State House in 1979, to undersecretary in the ministry of planning in 1981 where he rose to senior economist and then chief economist in 1984. In 1992, he was appointed permanent secretary to the newly combined ministry of finance planning & economic development, a merger that he had advocated while working under Minister of Finance Gerald Ssendaula.[6]

He is the longest serving chief executive in the Bank of Uganda's history.[7] He is credited with many of the sound economic policies adopted by the Uganda government at the urging of the central bank during the 1990s and the first decade of the 2000s.[6][8]

After this, he worked as a Lead Economist with the Macroeconomic Division of the World Bank for Eastern Africa from the Tanzania Country Office. Akosombo is a whole town of 68,000 people or so. And they all live in better housing than what is in that video.

At any given time, VRA staffs in Akosombo do not exceed 50.

2.5 million Kiambu people of nairobi live in villages without electricity and water. Building a few 50 2 bedroom and one bedroom housing units will not change their poor living condition.
