Don't blame the police much cos they don't have anything to do with rapists in their prison as it congest the prison. Who to blame then? Blame the government. I know we all wish that all crimes will end in the entire world. Those days at beauty pageants when ever they ask contestants what they wanted they would always say, world peace! How lofty and noble.
