Kampala can never compete with Accra..
I have taking time to research on many African Cities and Kampala is Certainly not Accra's class mate.
Aside South Africa Cities and Northern African Cities, I will not bother myself comparing Accra to
Nairobi
Lagos
Dar Es salam
Addis Ababa
Luanda
Abidjan and
Dakar
But the other Cities cannot compete with Accra.

This I agree I could also add abuja and Lusaka. However it is important to note that Accra beats most of this cities in terms of safety and culture

I agree with you somehow,
But lets be real over hear,
Nairobi is far far beautiful and better planned than Accra.
If we should compare Accra with Nairobi in terms of
Electricity
Water supply
Educational Facilities
Health Facilities
Sports Facilities
Road infrastructure
Entertainment facilities ETC, there you have a point, Accra will stand tall but in areas of Real Estates, Shopping Malls, the beauty of the City,
that I will not mince words, Nairobi beats Accra hands down.

Education, Health and Road infrastructure is better in All east African cities except Kampala. it is however notable that Kampala is ahead of most cities in Africa in terms of Education. Nightlife in Africa just mention all southern African cities, Lagos, Nairobi and Kampala. this cities lead Africa in Entertainment Accra is not far off. Abuja is dead in social life. Facts

Speaking of countries

When a country is developing in one place it leads to a migration to that one particular place. Nairobo will be doomed will make lagos, mumbai etc look like childs play because those countries have alternative cities which are developing

now I can answer this mate,
Nairobi is booming in infrastructure, and your sentiments is not far from truth, skyscrapers are rising, we have a lot of proposed projects in Nairobi but I can't go on posting them, we have iconic high rises and legit road infrastructure going on.
Saying all this does not mean other section of kenya are not developing, we have konza city which Ghanaian jaundice and some few Nigerians will call it doomed but the work going on in that place is something motivating.
Tatu city on the other hand is booming, yeah compared to developed countries like South Africa, tatu is still a child, but guess what? Ask that kwerekwere if they have such projects, no they don't. For nigeria, at least we can argue, they have such projects.
Those are industrial areas, now going to Mombasa which is second biggest city in kenya, Mombasa is another rising kenyan city, it will be holding longest bridge in Africa if am not wrong(that is just one approved project on kenyan coast, the lamu port which some countries like Ghana and nigeria can only dream of is another motivating factor. Mombasa kilindini port alone is bigger than anything in Ghana.
Mombasa has proper infrastructure than Accra I can bet Mombasa alone can beat Accra when we embark on that debate.
Other cities like eldoret kisumu, nakuru, malindi, thika e.t.c are booming in infrastructure.
We can't tackle all of them of course that would be a hectic debate.

If nairobi does not have proper infrastructure than Accra, where will mombasa be?

Combine all the projects coming up in Kenya and they still will be behind those springing up in just Accra.

Those how do i know this, you may ask.

Just watch the consumption of cement for both countries.
A boom in infrastructure will normally increase cement consumption
yet that cant be seen in Kenya.

5m doesn't equate to 5% of our population.
Do you know how old Windhoek is?
But it still look stunning, you remember the day a Ghanaian president lifted Nairobi city of 1980 as Ghanas vision 2050?? we have old Mombasa CBD and the new one, I will give the photos when I get one, but checking many indices, Mombasa will rank ahead of Accra.

Mombasa is a very old city 1100-1200 a.d
while it has improved a lot in the last ten years Accra is indeed ahead of it in almost all aspects save for tourism.
Mombasa beats most African cities heck even countries when it comes to tourism and culture.

not really, Mombasa is home for 2 biggest ports that Ghana can only dream of, we have cool infrastructure in Mombasa,.
And yes Accra might be ahead of Mombasa, that is true,.
But when we trigger that debate, I bet Ghanaian will sweat.

Accra is well planned than Nairobi

We in Ghana usually complain that the city is not planned but all mapping data shows that the city is well planned.

Even in Real estate, Nairobi is behind Accra.

Ghana does not have a huge cement consumption over Kenya out of the blue.
Well that's your opinion, but I think Nairobi has the urge over Accra, but Accra beats Nairobi in certain areas too.

Your entire country is backward that is why none of your cities can compete with us in anything when it comes to development.
whether social or infrastructure wise.

you can get back to comparing yourself with Kampala, and the others in East Africa that are underdeveloped.

that's like 35% of people living in urba areas in whole of kenya

Accra can't stand Nairobi on cement consumption, your paper work thinking of Accra being ahead of Nairobi is fooling you.
Show us where your cement goes,
I asked you to prove by posting complex projects that's worth those figures in papers but you failed drastically.
Your cement consumption rate ain't reflecting the reality on ground.
