Have you maxed out your points under IELTS?
IELTS(9,8,7.5,7), even when simulating with an IELTS perfect score of 9 all round, it made little difference, about 3 more points.

That’s the dilemma. I have CRS of above 470

Which kin dilemma?

Do you have an idea on when IRCC will conduct the next FSW draw?
The consequent effect of this pandemic may not be nice on the cut off draws.

Please which of the bodies did you use to get your gcms notes?
uche13:
Good day All,

Please I have an issue and I'll appreciate responses if possible.

During the process of application, I erroneously omitted attaching my POF, I only included the consent letter from spouse because of wrong labelling ( very annoying mistake).

When I realised, I quickly raised CSE and did the right thing. I ordered GCMS GCMS notes before i realised my mistake so as usual, i was not shocked to realise my file was under review required.

When the treasury bill matured, i raised another CSE showing the statement of account and new investment. I applied for another GCMS notes and realised the officer had not reviewed my last document so it was still under review required.

I sent another LOE with comprehensive explanation and two days later, got request to pay RPRF. It seemed it came before they even reviewed my LOE.

I paid RPRF fees and I believed the request comes after approval, especially since my file was previously under review required for funds.

I checked status on web form and the response is still that eligibility is still being verified while security and criminal checks have been passed.

Please, is it possible to receive RPRF request if my funds issue is still pending? Should I take it to mean that the request is proof that I have passed eligibility?

I heard webform update may not always be accurate. I will apply for another notes but another 1 month wait is.....

I just want to encourage anyone here who feels downcast and stuck, please don't lose hope , all these challenges are part of what makes the testimony/story interesting and it will definitely end in praise soon..

I also want to advice don't sit back and relax and blame it on covid-19.. Within this covid19 I have seen people birth the Canadian dream, completed various courses to get their two or more certificate , started preparing for ielts, done their wes..its all about determination and information , be ready to take the risk...

I remember telling the story of how I judged an organization based on what I saw everywhere and felt God forbid I can't use them,I even joined to bad mouth them everywhere I saw their name without giving it a try personally.. I finally took the risk and it worked for me and I started preaching the RIGHT PROCESS to people, some people insulted me, some felt perhaps am a staff that's why am promoting it but those who keyed in are testifying already, nothing less than 10 people have benefited in about a week and many more are loading,i have seen people stuck at this particular stage for months yet we did it in 3/7days..the joy and pride I feel that i am able to save people's resources and time at such a period as this is immeasurable.

If you see or have opportunities/information that people can benefit from please share, don't keep it to yourself and let others waste time and money. The information we are all dwelling on was discovered by people and it's that way because they shared it.. That's why when people ask can I evaluate this certificate I say go and try and use it, it won't cost much, if it works for you come and tell us let's add it to the various options we have discovered, no man is an island on this journey..

May God make our dreams and aspiration come tru....more testimonies from ETX-NG

I have registered since February or so its BC paperbased IELTS but received a msg that it has been postponed indefinitely. I gthink computer based IELTS is available. I don't really like the computer based test.
I also received same msg too but I don't like the computer base, I prefer the paper base test.

Hello everyone, pls i need your opinion on this:
I have a score of 471 which I got by using 2 or more certificates with ICAN, I intend to take the risk and also support it with a LOE when I get my ITA but I got a NOI yesterday from Ontario and i am wondering if I should accept it and will also like to know whether Ontario will not have any issue with me using ICAN.
Thank you

Did you evaluate the certificate before claiming it as two or more ? ??

IMO, ICAN cannot be used to claim 2 or more certificates. I would advise you do not proceed to accept the NOI as even if you scale through with Ontario, you might eventually have issues with the VO whilst accessing your eligibility, and that would be after investing so much time and financial resources. This is personal view though, others may add.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Nobody: 12:08pm On Jun 04, 2020
But it’s impossible that WES or whatever body would have evaluated your ICAN (Unless things have changed). Unless you are referring to ICAN ATS?? What exactly was it evaluated as in your report?

i have only seen one person who got PPR after using the ICAN ACA with LOE. majority who used it were rejected as the VO removed points for 2 or more. You need to ask yourself this question, what is the probability of my file landing with two kind/reasonable officers in ontario and later EE. its not 50:50 but like 10:90 oooo.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Influential101: 12:23pm On Jun 04, 2020
My advice to anyone that got Ontario NOI is to grab it with both hands irrespective of your CRS score because no one knows the future of EE.. especially for those without Canadian experience..

I also saw the below info, don't know how true it's... A bird in hand....

------------------------------------

*SHARED AS SEEN*

NEW UPDATE TO EXPRESS ENTRY OR PROVINCIAL NORMINEE PROGRAM PNP IN CANADA. .
From October 2020, the Canadian Immigration will not be accepting new applications for the Express entry program and Provincial Norminee program, they will be treating the Backlog of applicants who will be applying b4 Sept 30th till they are done and open the program again which no one can tell when..they may only be attending to those who have a very high mark and because of age. After Sept 30th I will not be involve in Ur express entry until next year when I know Ur application will be reviewed on time by an CIC officer....This is very important, U can use other person on Ur own and wait on the queue with others, I will not be able to monitor their processing times as it will not be accurate. And Ur pressure on me will be too much Thank U

For someone that got an NOI, is this an advisable route? considering that FSW hasn’t happened in a while and this route would cost an extra 1k5 CAD.

Try not to sleep on this. I agree ~N450k (based on current rates) is a lot but you’ll be glad you did it. The last time NOIs were sent out, the targeted crs was 467-471, now it’s 471-500. FSW scores might not be low when the draws resume.

Takes around 30 days from submission to be issued a nomination. Invitations like this should be treated like gold considering current realities. Selah!

The post wasn't to create panic.. No one knows what is true at this point so people should take any opportunity that comes..

I will not disparage the message because it was written by Indians(if true), after all they even get most information before us.. how they do it, I don't know..

The only valid argument is that CIC hasn't given out any information of such..

sorry if it created panic in anyone.. it'll end in praise

I heard this same news. However, I think it's better we all know what's out there to help those currently chasing this process to adjust their pace to gear 9..afterall, isn't it what this page is for? I will always say it's better you know what's coming than be caught unaware. If the fellow contemplating rejecting the Ontario nomination knew about this rumour, I am sure he/she won't even think of declining. If the story is true or false, I always tell my friends that they should chase this process like its gonna end today!

In truth, we all saw this coming sooner than later cos this immigration thing won't last forever. The rate of interest in the immigration program has since risen since the drop in scores in late 2015. The score spike witnessed towards the last quarter of 2019 should pass messages that something different is happening..different from previous spikes.

This isn't to scare or discourage anyone... Lets all do what we can with pace and stop procrastinating anything! Seek guidance if your score isn't there on what else to do. There are peeps here that are quite vast and have been providing enough commendable support.

We shall all get to our desired destination.

licenced agencies cost over 3000 to 5000 cad. They do not have any special quotas or slots. All they know is also free on cic website, youtube and nairaland. If your scores is not high they would still take your money and promise pnp or aipp( they have no joy and like money) . They cannot make any province send you NOI. If your scores is high all they will do is help you fill form and submit. Your transcripts, ielts, police report, medicals, reference letters from bank and workplace will all be gotten by you. So what exactly are they doing for you. Next to nothing for over 1m naira lol. As for normal Nigerian travel agencies (only a few have license from Canada) flee

Some weeks ago, immigration minister addressed this post Convid-19 immigration issue.
His comment was antithetical to the "Indian made news", notice his convincing reasons why immigration will continue post Convid-19.
