Ghana has less than 20k tarred road while Kenya has more than. 20k tarred.
The 10k is according to kenha which deals with highways and the figure was posted looong time ago when when the entire roads in Accra were less than 10k.

Nairobi is booming in infrastructure, and your sentiments is not far from truth, skyscrapers are rising, we have a lot of proposed projects in Nairobi but I can't go on posting them, we have iconic high rises and legit road infrastructure going on.
Saying all this does not mean other section of kenya are not developing, we have konza city which Ghanaian jaundice and some few Nigerians will call it doomed but the work going on in that place is something motivating.
Tatu city on the other hand is booming, yeah compared to developed countries like South Africa, tatu is still a child, but guess what? Ask that kwerekwere if they have such projects, no they don't. For nigeria, at least we can argue, they have such projects.
Those are industrial areas, now going to Mombasa which is second biggest city in kenya, Mombasa is another rising kenyan city, it will be holding longest bridge in Africa if am not wrong(that is just one approved project on kenyan coast, the lamu port which some countries like Ghana and nigeria can only dream of is another motivating factor. Mombasa kilindini port alone is bigger than anything in Ghana.
Mombasa has proper infrastructure than Accra I can bet Mombasa alone can beat Accra when we embark on that debate.
Other cities like eldoret kisumu, nakuru, malindi, thika e.t.c are booming in infrastructure.
Don't stress yourself over high-rise buildings only,
A good City is not only about High-rise buildings.
Imagine common CHAN Tournament, A whole KENYA Couldn't Host because you do not have up-to standard Stadiums?
CHAN Tournament which only Greater Accra can produce 4 standard stadiums to Host.
CHAN Tournament which Ashanti and Central Regions alone can Host.
A Tournament which Western and Northern Regions can Host.
And a whole ''Kenya'' couldn't produce 4 standard Stadiums for a Common CHAN Tournament? how much more almighty AFCON?
So get it into your head, Nairobi and 4 other Kenyan cities are beautiful but Accra isn't a cheap Cities which Mombasa can just ride-over,

remember old town Mombasa is a UNESCO world heritage site. The economy of Mombasa is based on tourism and the port of Mombasa.
